ロケーション:メトロの駅前、バス停も前、広場まで徒歩圏内、どこに行くにも便利且つ坂道を歩く事が少ない便利な場所でした ただし、毎日、朝方まで営業している飲食店のストリートに面していた為、寝れませんでした（部屋に耳栓が用意されていた理由が深夜にわかりました） スタッフ:フレンドリーです

タイムアウトマーケットに近い。 駅が近いので、ジェロニモス修道院へ行くにも便利でした。

部屋に湯沸器がなく不便で 内装も使いづらかったです。 唯一良かったのは タイムアウトマーケットからすぐでした。

大変素晴らしいホテルだが、部屋が全体的に薄暗いのと、バスタブがないのが残念。立地良し、スタッフ良し、だがバーやクラブがたくさんある地区なので、朝3〜4時頃まで音楽が聞こえる。私は気にならなかったので眠れたが、部屋に耳栓が用意されていた。朝食も美味しかった。

Property in great shape and AC worked well but room was very small and configured poorly. Only two outlets in the main room, both of which were on opposite wall of the bed and bedside tables. Also no iron or board in the room. As for location, it is very close to the riverfront but beware it sits directly on the Pink Street and there were partiers there until after 4am the night we stayed.

Second time at the LX - good location, but noisy on a night being near pink st. Big, light, airy room

Quarto ótimo, espaçoso e limpo. Bem localizado, sobretudo para turismo. Perto de ótimos lugares. As instalações internas são cheirosas e bem conservadas. O arredor no turno da noite não gostei muito.

The location was ideal, beautiful view overlooking the river from the hotel room. Perfect location as a tourist to move around. Very conveniently located near restaurants and transportation. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and it never disappoints. Great location, great rooms, service, pricing, cleanliness… very modern yet still European chic.

Maybe it was just where my room was located but every morning the housekeepers would start at 8am making a lot of noise. I travel a lot and have stayed in a number of hotels and I’ve never experienced this before. I think it’s because my room was right next to their closet but it was truly unbearable. Also the walls are very thin. There’s a constant slamming of doors, stomping up the stairs, and people just overall being loud and inconsiderate. That’s just the vibe of the hotel. Probably because it's centrally located. TBH the noise outside didn’t bother me at all. It was solely the noise inside the hotel.

Beware a hotel w complimentary earplugs. Music and street noise til 3 a m

Café da manhã delicioso, muito bem localizado, funcionários gentis. Só tomar cuidado para quem vem com muita mala porque tem uma escada para subir até a recepção e a rua é íngreme.

Lovely hotel! We had expected some late-night noise given its location near lively bars, but it turned out to be much quieter than anticipated. The complimentary earplugs were a thoughtful touch, just in case. Check-in was quick and smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, though the bathroom didn’t offer much privacy. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and we especially enjoyed the fresh pastel de nata available in the lobby each day. Overall, a great stay—would definitely recommend!

My sister and I had 8 nights to spend in Portugal. The first 3 nights we stayed in Lisbon at Blue Liberdade hotel. excellent. Then we spent 3 nights in Porto at A.S. 1829 hotel, also excellent. Our last 2 nights we came back to Lisbon for 2 nights and chose LX boutique hotel because we thought the location down closer to the river might be nice and it’s right by the train station that takes you to CasCais. Unfortunately the location is not great. There is construction going on everywhere in the immediate area. The building directly across from our balcony was all scaffolding and under construction. Also, we knew it was near Pink Street but did not realize it is directly on Pink Street. We were on the 3rd floor and our balcony looked over Pink Street. So between construction, the busy intersection, and the partying all night long (literally until 5:00 am) it was very difficult to sleep well. The fact that they give you earplugs in your room tells the truth. Our room was small, but that’s what we paid for, that being said, there is little privacy in the bathroom the way it’s set up but the shower was comfortable. There is no room for your luggage and only enough room to hang 5 pieces of clothes. Our neighbors actually put their luggage out on their balcony to add space to their room. There is a mini fridge but everything in it you must pay for, the least they could do is offer free water, juice and soda for getting no sleep. There are many other hotel choices, not this one.

The location was amazing. The only downside was that the room was small and there were no shades or darkening curtains on the window. We had to put towels over it to block the lights out at night.
