どの部屋もアンティーク調のホテル。 バルコニー付きの素敵なお部屋に1週間滞在しました。スタッフも皆さん親切でした。お掃除も行き届き、立地もとても便利でおしゃれなところです。 ハイシーズンなので仕方ないのですが、もう少しお安いと尚嬉しいところです。

ロンドンの佇まいを感じれる素晴らしいロケーション

スローンスクエア駅、スーパーのパートリッジズが近く暮らしているように滞在できます。グランドフロアのみアロマの香りが強いので、こちらが気にならなければおすすめです。イングリッシュブレックファーストも正統派のおいしさでした。

電車も2路線通っており交通の便は良く、ホテルの周りは閑静であり、とても良いホテルでした。

Great hotel and very convenient

Beautiful room, refined service and great location

We were quite disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The property feels very dated and in need of renovation. Our room was entirely red—walls, curtains, furniture—all in red velvet, which created an overwhelming and uncomfortable atmosphere. It didn’t feel relaxing or pleasant. The bathroom was also below expectations. There was no separate shower—only a shower inside a small bathtub, which made it inconvenient. The bathroom itself was quite cramped, and the towels were very worn out and far from the quality you’d expect at a five-star hotel. We also found the service lacking. The staff were not particularly welcoming or attentive, which only added to our overall dissatisfaction. The hotel feels more like an old townhouse than a luxury hotel. Noise insulation is very poor—you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and even footsteps from the rooms above. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and high-end experiences

We stay here 3 times a year, excellent staff, nice large rooms with good decor. Boutique 19 rooms in quiet area of Chelsea. It’s great, our favorite!

Lovely room quiet street and a short walk to Sloane Square tube station. The breakfast was excellent

The decor is impecable and the italian staff is very attentive

Superb, friendly, responsive staff went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Location is very convenient for transportation to major sites. Small, elegant hotel with nice rooftop terrace. Showers are tight and lack of Nepresso in rooms are only downsides. Overall, a great experience in London.

Great location, excellent servive and quality rooms.

De locatie is perfect midden in Chelsea. De inrichting en individuele kamerstyling is typisch Engels terwijl de exploitant een Italiaanse hotelketen is. Dat laatste merk je alleen aan het feit dat er veel Italianen overnachten.

We were made to feel very welcome

We recently stayed at the San Domenico Hotel in Chelsea, London. Overall, our experience was a mix of delightful and disappointing aspects. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel is located in a fantastic, walkable area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do. We loved exploring the neighborhood and enjoying the local cuisine. However, there were some significant drawbacks. The furniture in the rooms was extremely old, to the point where it felt like staying in a thrift store. While we understand the charm of historic decor, the visible damage and wear detracted from the boutique hotel feel. The room layout was also a bit odd, and the amenities were subpar. Another inconvenience was the bathroom design. The bathtub was narrow and uncomfortable to stand in, especially under the ceiling shower head. It made the showering experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the shower controls were confusing with no clear labels for on/off or hot/cold, and we needed assistance from the staff to figure it out. Lastly, the hallways and elevators were very narrow, almost claustrophobic, which added to the feeling of being in a confined space. Despite these issues, we appreciated the warm hospitality and the lovely location. With some updates to the rooms and clearer instructions for amenities, it could offer a truly exceptional stay.

A great hotel in the heart of London, it has a unique charm to it. The staff are very accommodating to make my stay very pleasant .
