フロントの方がとても親切で、おすすめのお店を教えてくれた。部屋はジャグジー付きで久しぶりにゆったり入浴できた。

ホテルのオーナーの方が本当に親切でした。ツアーがキャンセルになった時の返金手続きや、帰りのシャトルの相談などなんでも相談にのってくれました。荷物が重いからと２階の部屋から１階の部屋へ変更してくれたりと気遣いも素晴らしかったです。大きなバスタブがあり冬場だったので、ゆっくり入れ良かったです。キッチン、家具すべてがとてもおしゃれでした。唯一残念なのは、換気扇がなかったことくらいでしょうか。ネルソンの街自体が小さいので場所に不便さを感じることもありませんでした。レンタサイクルの子供用はないようです。大人用は貸してもらえるので、借りてビーチまで行くとバスの時間を気にする必要がないので良いかと思います。

Friendly staff

A modern, well presented and extremely clean premises. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. A standout was when our room was tidied daily, it was left looking exactly as it was when we booked in. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back, again!

Most friendly welcome after a long day traveling, room temperature perfect. Robyn (host) got the restaurants spot on and CBD in walkable distance. Spotless rooms have everything you need!! Thank you Palazzo!

Robyn & Max are incredibly amazing, they are very friendly & helpful. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well equipped. Great amenities. The motor lodge offered a very pleasant stay. I recommend staying at this motor lodge and will do next time.

It has been a few years since i last stayed at the Palazzo. Was previously under different management and a great place to stay. Now has new ownership and if it is possible, it is even better than before. Super comfortable, clean, modern and warm. Manager is super friendly too. I have no hesitation in recommending the Palazzo to other travelers.

Could not speak highly enough of the service info provided and the central location and rooms

This was a great hotel! Rooms were very nice – spacious, clean, and quiet at night. The owners Max and Robyn are on site and were both super friendly, with lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Hotel is within easy walking distance of the Nelson city center. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff, gave great recommendations for dinner and activities to do on our drive the next day. Would highly recommend you stay here while visiting Nelson.
