Reception doesn't understand English and no idea what she is doing. I am frustrating after long flight journey and still have to repeat and explain to her mistakes.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Niwa Tokyo! The hospitality was amazing! It's clean and beautiful. The neighborhood is also good, there are some restaurants nearby. I will definitely come back here and recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thank you!

The hotel was very clean, they clean our room everyday, they have a great facilities where you can relax after a long day, the room for 3 people is spacious and great but the room for 2 people is pretty small. This hotel is in the quiet area, you can walk around 10mins to reach the station. I stayed for 5nights and it was a good experienced.

The hotel is super clean. They have relaxing room and team room with Japanese style view. We enjoyed staying here!

Dekat sama stasiun JR pass, tempatnya nyaman banget, masih ada suasana-suasana klasik berpadu modern gitu, tenang juga, staffnya ramah-ramah, Harajuku cuma 10 menitan naik kereta. Puas deh.

Wish for ioniser to be installed in the smoking room. But a great place to stay

The breakfast menu variations could be better.

It is a great place to stay in Tokyo, and close to Tokyo Dome. Just need some improvement for the food variety for the breakfast, even though the food taste is good as well.
