とてもおしゃれなホテルで満足した

It was good hotel. Nice people, nice room, clean room and the location is so good. Actually I didn’t get breakfast in this time. So I cannot say anything about it but I could enjoy the staying. One bad point was the noise of construction in the morning. There is something construction next to my room. I didn’t care but maybe somebody cares about that noise. But totally this hotel is nice!!

昔からのホテルで落ち着いた良いホテルです。町の中心にあり交通、買い物にも便利。 ケレタロはメキシコからバスで3時間ですが環境もよく、ぜひ行ってみたい町ですよ。

When I arrived, the property was not anything like I anticipated It was more like a boarding house. A single room was very small, with a single sz bed, a small bathrm and no window. I immediately said it was not a place I wanted to stay 4 nights, and they offered me a full refund on the spot. So the room was not to my liking at all, but the staff was very helpful. I will say, too that the entry and hallway/stairwell were very clean and pleasant, as they were open to the sky with fresh air and natural light.

Lindo hotel, limpio, discreto, tranquilo y con excelente ubicacion en Centro Historico cerca de todo lo importante. ¡Te sirven el desayuno en tu habitación o en el bonito patio a la hora que tu pidas!!! Todo super limpio y las chicas limpiadoras son muy amables. Hubo un malentendido a la hora del pago que me cobraron doble. Y enseguida lo resolvieron y me hicieron el reembolso inmediatamente. Very nice and old place. Clean . Helpful staff. Breakfast is toast and fruit. No parking . You csn park on the street.at times a few blocks away. Do not park in the garage down town for more a couple hours. Or you will pay $40 to $50 a day. Beautiful town. Very safe at night. Lots of police guarding all night .

Very spacious well appointed rooms, with a superbly comfortable bed and a good shower. The included breakfast is simple but good quality.

We had a wonderful time at El Serafín. The staff was wonderful from the beginning and gave us great ideas of places to visit and how to get around town. The hotel is very central, and it’s about a 3 minute walk to museums, Oxxos, and food spots. The location made it easy to explore and we really enjoyed our stay. We spent our evenings enjoying the terrace and watching the sunset.

It’s a small reasonably priced hotel. It is in centro easy to walk around. There is no parking and local parking for 36 hours was $1100 pesos. Be prepared.

El sitio tiene una ubicación muy buena que permite conocer el centro de Querétaro a pie y disfrutar de sus plazas, museos y restaurantes. El trato es amable y el hotel es tranquilo y fresco. Todos muy amables.

Great staff, in the middle of historic center.

Amazing, curated rooms, with beautiful shared lounging spaces. The location is unbeatable. It’s in the heart of the historic area and we were able to drop by several times a day to rest, drop things off etc

A lovely hotel right in the middle of the historic district. The staff was exceptional. Our room opened onto a patio with a fountain. We will definitely be back.

I have stayed at this place several times. I like it very much. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is simple (fruit, toast, yogurt and coffee) but a perfect way to start the day. The hotel is in the old part of town and a great place to walk.
