部屋は清潔でした。

部屋はきれい 冷蔵庫が使えず、追加を持ってきてもらった。ホテルの食事はイマイチなので外で食べたほうがいい。

ターミナル駅の直ぐ近くにあり、お店も多く、ユーロスターでフランス行くのも便利でした。朝食のブルーベリーとヨーグルトはとても美味しかったです。

This hotel is my favorite in London. The room is specious and comfortable and the dining room is ok. When the dining room was full in the night time, they gave me the special members room and we enjoyed good dinner there. Chekout operation was really nice. They left luggage and called a taxi for us on scheduled.

コストパフォーマンスが悪すぎて納得できない！

以前から憧れだったホテルに念願がかなって夫と泊まることが出来ました。 朝食も最上に美味しかったです。 ただ、お部屋もクラシカルな感じと思っていましたが、改装されていて、シティーホテルのような感じだったのはちょっと期待ハズレでした。

部屋は窓が小さいので閉塞感があります。1階 ロビーのインテリアは素敵なのですが、隣のレストラン・バーが騒がしいのでゆっくりできません。アメニティのシャンプー等はもっと香りの良いものがあると思うのですが、センスが悪いと思います。

キングスクロスやセントパックラスといった大型の駅に直結していて、かなり便利。ホテル内にあるクラシカルな階段がとてもフォトジェニックで素敵でした。スタッフもとても親切でした。

Very good for overnight before Eurostar to Paris.

Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was very dark and faced a wall which was disappointing. The decor was lovely and the locations is excellent

Beautiful architecture

My stay was fine and without issue

The staff at the hotel go out of their way to help you and are very hard-working. Overall it is a gorgeous hotel, I would just mention a couple of things that could be polished - we arrived at 1pm and checked-in, although the room wasn't ready yet, but instead of taking our bags to the room before we got back at 6pm we had to wait at reception for them when we got back. We explained that we'd take them up ourselves as we wanted to go out again soon afterwards, and were assured they would be sent up quickly which was great, but half an hour later there was still no sign, and we had to ring down. I also don't think there's enough room at the check-in desks as there were frequently lots of people queueing there and you couldn't get past to get between the front door and the rooms. Apart from that the bar, spa, gym etc. were all really high quality as you'd expect. Could do with more stairs as alternatives to the lifts. Only staff stairwells in most cases, if you didn't want to take the lift.

Highly recommend staying! The staff were excellent, always very helpful, friendly and adding extra touches to make your stay special. Service withba smile. The meals and breakfast at booking office were delicious and plentiful, drinks were superb! Make sure you don't miss the 5.05 whiskey drink. The room, hotel and amenities were clean and to a high standard. Such a beautiful building in a perfect location for transport to enjoy your stay in London.

Very handy location, clean room, some very nice staff, some disinterested. Very slow sevrvice in the lounge / bar area, Hotel is extremely overpriced for the standard provided.

Great hotel, great staff and ideal for St Pancrass train.

PROS The hotel frontage and interior are stunning - and as a guest you can explore the Grand Staircase. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice CONS - Our room was in the new section of the hotel, right next to the strain station. No noise issues - but - the rooms are fine, very uninspiring, the bed and bedding was fine (have had much better in other hotels), bathroom nice. But the big issue was the view out of the window - It was a brick wall about 1 metre from the window, so was like being in a prison and the room was very dark - not great for girls getting ready. We didn't bother asking to be moved because we weren't sure what other view we would get at that side of the hotel? We were only there for 1 night, so whether we were allocated a 'lesser' room because of that, I don't know. But for £450 per night, we expected more.
