The cost and Location were good, close to the train station, many tapas bar near by. WiFi connection was not so good in the room,the floor of the reception was good to connect to WiFi. Negative points were TV in our room didn't work and the bathroom was smelly.

La struttura seppure categoria a due stelle è molto carina. La stanza più che giusta per una famiglia di 3 persone. Piccolo il bagno ma adeguato alla categoria dell’hotel. Facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi dall’aeroporto ha una posizione strategica in centro seppure la zona risulta più tranquilla

Struttura pulita, camere moderne, posizione in zona centralissima e ben servita. Personale cordiale.

Excellent little Hotel in a great location, the Staff and Hotel are excellent and really looked after us.

Hébergement d'une autre époque. Étrange mélange de luxe prétendu et prestations minimales. Une fenêtre moderne sert à protéger du froid et du bruit, mais l'ancienne est toujours là et on ne peut pas l'ouvrir. De toute façon elle est verrouillée en panne. Trop de changement de serviettes pour rien. La chose risible c'est le lavabo, mais c'est triste.

Over all good stay.

Property is good and clean. Only thing is it’s Lacking essential amenities like coffee, refrigerator, only had soap and shampoo, other stuff should have been provided ( compared to other hotels with same price)!

Hôtel bien situé en ville, chambre très confortable, ménage de la chambre fait à tous les jours, plusieurs restaurants tout près à moins de 5 minutes de marche.

Great location

This hostal definitely deserves more than 2 stars. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. On the downside, there was noise from outside which carried on until the early hours. Bottled water and coffee making facilities would have been appreciated. On the whole, a comfortable room at a very reasonable price.

This place was recommended by a friend. This is a small hostel remodeled to the amenities of a hotel. They have private room and offer cleaning services. We had a pleasant experience staying here. The location was excellent. It was walking distance from plaza del sol and el prado.

Relazione qualità prezzo ottima. Lo hanno ristrutturato da poco, perciò è tutto in ottime condizioni. Il personale molto disponibile e soprattutto 24 ore. E' in una posizione perfetta per visitare Madrid senza prendere i mezzi. Non offre la colazione ma appena fuori ci sono tanti posti dove farla
