The staff were very friendly. In the room, some of the power outlets were not working, so it may be good to check which ones are functional and which ones need repair. Also, the towels felt a bit worn out, so replacing them with new ones more frequently would make the stay even more comfortable.

A bit tired-looking, but it still has a clean, fresh feel.

convenient location to airport (20 min. north ), to old town (30 min. west ), to shopping mall and restaurant area (10 min. east ), along with the main street. (should use car transport, not convenient for train or walk)

空港からも近く、近くに飲食店やショッピングモールもありとても便利です。 長期滞在で利用したいので、1日5～10点程度でもいいのでランドリー料金込みの宿泊プランがあると最高だと思います。

I requested personal taxi for two days and I received their reply. But unfortunately my request was not recorded. I requested the taxi at my checking in time.

深夜到着にも関わらずスムーズにチェックインさせてもらえました。またフロントスタッフの粋な計らいで無料アップグレードをさていただけました。部屋はベッドルームも客間もあり広く、水回りも清潔でした。快適な眠りでした。

Check-in No greeting word, No explanation for Wi-Fi, No explanation for time of breafast, No confirmation for stay days. Room The floor is dusty, never cleaned. Room construction sound was loud. Called to receiption to ask to stop it, no reaction. The stay was unconfotable.

プネ空港から車で10分位で到着します。部屋はドアを開けた途端にベッドがあるので、最初は面食らいますが、サイズも決して狭い訳ではなくデザインだと思います。同じ系列でAhmedabad、Bangaloreも同じ感じです。ベッドのクッション具合も程よく、とても快適に過ごせました。朝食も美味しいですし、スタッフが良く境域されておりとても親切です。機会があれば、また泊まりたいと思います。

家族四人で普通の部屋を予約しましたが、チェックイン時にディナー付でスイートルームにアップグレードした方が良いと提案を受けました。ホテルで夕食を済ますつもりだったので提案に乗ったのですが、結果として2ランクのアップグレードをしてもらい、非常に快適に過ごせました。もとの提案自体も、家族で食事をするよりも安い金額の追加でしたので、いずれにしても良い提案でした。

The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. They are skilled as hotel staff. The view from my room was not really good, but that’s not a big matter. I was really impressed that at the restraunt of my breakfast the waiters are really kind and they brought some tyipical Indian food for me. I’m not good at spicy food, so I asked them non-spicy and small amount. They met my request and brought my really delicious Indian food such as dosa.

ホテルは清潔で一流ホテルらしく不満はありません。ただ、フロントの不親切さが他のアジアとは違っていました。まるでアメリカのファストフードショップのレジのよう。2泊しましたが初日からチップを置きましたがペットボトルウォーターの補充がなく、インドでは有り得ない話でした。次回はマリオットにしようと思っています。

ホテルに入る前に毎回、ボンネットを開ける検査や荷物をセキュリティにかけるのが面倒に感じました。

on friday,it was so noisy till midnight because of bar sounds at second floor. if you stay this hotel,you should select the pool view room .

Everything is no problem for staying. Local breakfast is so good and it was live cooking !

ジムの設備も他のホテルに比べ充実して、出張で滞在中にも健康維持の為に快適に過ごせます。更に他のホテルに比べWIFIのスピード、安定性にも優れており満足でした。

The staff is amazing. Also the breakfast is very delicious and the ambience is very appealing. The wait staff knows exactly what you like and next day you will get the right coffee, bread etc without asking. Also, kudos to the pastry chef!! They also have live Indian classical music that sets you up in the right mood. The rooms could have a bit of upgrades but not an area of concern.

This is one of the best stays we had, very honest staff and the service is at a different level. This is a gem in Pune in such an amazing spot.
