駐車場は予約してもらえるのですが、自分でとめに行き、近い駐車場は20ポンドでした。

TVが映らなかった。 フロントに連絡したら、翌日修理すると言われたが、修理なしだった。 朝食時にテーブルにフォークがなく、毎回担当にフォークを出してくれと頼まなければならなかった。 WIFIが遅い。

最寄りの駅からは10分ほど離れていますが、周辺がとても歴史のあるゆったりとした景観の良いところで安心して泊まれました。 ホテルの自体も設備もコンパクトではありますが、必要最低限の備品はきちんと備わっており、清潔感もあり、私は１泊だけでしたが充分な機能でした。 家族連れの方も来られており、スタッフの方もみなさんに親切に対応されていたので、とてもフレンドリーなホテルなのだと思います。

とにかく夜は静かです。朝食はコンチネンタルタイプですが、美味しいです。また、準備をして下さるマダムが、とても優しいです。

I had a good stay plus the surrounding area was quite and away from the busy streets.

Trevlig personal, stort rum och bra läge. Tyvärr väldigt dåligt städat rum och mycket slitet och dåligt underhållet rum. Skulle med små medel kunnat bli fint men ägarna verkar ha prioriterat annat. Synd.

The hotel is old and the amenities are not well maintained.

Ok, men gammelt hotell uten heis. Upraktisk når man har mye bagasje med seg. Frokosten var ikke bra...muggent brød...Blir ikke å booke der flere ganger.

God beliggenhed, venligt personale. Hotellet er lidt slidt i kanterne og lad være med at tilkøbe morgenmaden, den er ret kedelig.

Room in the basement, musty smell, dirty and with only one window facing the rubbish. TV not working.. It was more like a furnished cellar than a room. Breakfast was ridicolous.Simply shameful

Staff were super friendly and answered all of our questions with no problem. However, the bathroom in our room was very dirty. The silicone around the bath was orange which meant that it was quite old and dirty. We couldn’t really use the shower because of this. Beds had hairs on them right after we checked in which made us think that this place doesn’t have any cleaners. Location is very nice yes you can walk everywhere but I just wouldn’t stay here again. We really thought it was a waste of money because we paid around £700 for 3 nights and had to stay in a dirty room.

Room very clean a little dated but this what you expect in a older building you go for the agriculture of the building the cornices the staircases. The staff were amazing all were so helpful and friendly lovely stay

The room allocated was a basement room smelled damp and like a dungeon. We did change it but the staff situation was not good as we had to find them firs. We shall not return

Only stayed there for one night, but had a good experience.

The hotel is full of mold and it looks like the room has been never ventilated also the brakefast was horrible and make us have stomach aches

The shower room needed a good clean and freshen up. The silicon all needs replaced and the toilet was wobbly
