良い点、 　バス停が近くにある。 　朝食会場からの眺めがよい。食堂の方がフレンドリーで一日が陽気に始まる。 　 不満点 　深夜に到着して電気のスイッチがわからなかったのでフロントまで聞きに行ったらスイッチのモデルを示して教えてくれたが、初めからそうするべき。別のスタッフは概ね親切。 　公園に隣接しているので閑静かと思っていたが、土日に深夜２４時まで音楽会が開催されていて騒音がひどく眠れなかった。（ホテルが悪いわけではないが、、、） 　

チェックインからチェックアウト更にはラゲージを夕刻迄心良く預かって頂き、観光後引取に行った際にはフェリー迄の時間がありロビーでの休憩も許して頂き、更にはお茶やコーヒーを無料でサーブしてくれたホスピタリティには感謝しか有りません。観光へのベースとしても中々に便利な場所でしたし、素晴らしいレストランも紹介して貰いました。朝食は最上階のベランダ付きサロンで隣の公園や山々の遠景を眺めながらの素敵な物でした。勿論メニューも素敵でした。部屋も素敵な内装や設備で大満足でした。

パレルモ空港バス停車駅徒歩3分で観光には市内バスを利用する必要がありますがわずか１０分で中心部へ行けます。イングレーゼ公園がホテルの部屋から望めます。周りは簡素な住宅街　居心地の良い。

All stuff was very kind andfriendly all time, and their recommend restaurant was also awesome. This hotel is not located at the central of Parelmo. yet it is not so far like 10mins by taxi.

Clean room

Nice hotel. Outside of historic center but it is easy to travel to any part of the city using busses (a bus passes in front of the hotel every 10 min or so). Several dinning options within walkable distance.

The staff were welcoming, and the room was comfortable and quiet.

As much as I would to give a good review. I didn’t now have a great stay this hotel. The service was horrible, they were not professional & kind. The room wasn’t the bed. Got so many bug bites after sleeping one night in the bed. It was a very horrible experience for me at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are staying in Palermo

The staff was lovely and it was in a very nice area of Palermo. The room was a little warm at night but the hotel had a lot of great features.

Convent location and staff very helpful

Low key and comfortable. The property is well located with rooms that back on to a quiet green space. The bus from the airport drops you a half block from the hotel and you can easily walk or ride a bus to most sites. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. Giulia and Eugenio at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, struttura vicinissima al centro della città, molto bella, stanza pulita e colazione ottima!!
