部屋も清潔で屋上のプールも可愛く、過ごしやすいホテルでした。

電子レンジありますが、容器がないからお湯ができない。 夜遅くまで外の音が聞こえてきてうるさい。 朝ごはんはまあまあでした。 プールは屋上にあり、気持ちよいです。 エレベーター遅いです。

フェリーターミナルから徒歩3分。場所は最高です。建物は古さを感じますが、部屋も廊下も広々して清掃も行き届き、快適に過ごせました。朝食もとても美味しい上に、朝の7時には用意されていました｡コスメルでこれ以上コスパの高いホテルはないと思いました。

2017 11/23〜 6日間 宿泊しました。 コスメル旅行は4回目です。1度目と今回こちらのホテルを利用しました。2度目、3度目はオールインクルーシブの豪華？なホテルに泊まりました。 このホテルの方が安くて楽しかったです。 街の中心なので近隣にはレンストランやお土産屋さん、コンビニも多くあって便利。 治安もとても良いです。スタッフは皆明るくフレンドリーです。 お値段はお安いので(3500円/1日 朝食付き) 朝食も美味しい。 ただし、部屋には金庫は有りません。心配ならフロントに預けて下さい。 またエレベーターは壊れてました。(4階建) まぁ、ベルボーイが重たい荷物は運んでくれます(チップは忘れずに) 。また、ホテルの裏がLIVE BAR なので夜中まで騒がしいです。LIVE BARに行って一緒に楽しめばノイズと感じないかも(笑) 。 ホテルには屋上にプールも有るし、コンビニでビール買い込んで夕飯を見ながらビール飲んでのんびり出来ますよ。 あっ、冷蔵庫は基本部屋には有りませんが、リクエストすれば無料で貸してくれます！ 豪華さは無いですが楽しいホテルです。

Room was clean and comfortable for our needs Staff helpful and friendly Rooftop pool and terrace nice Breakfast was very good and generous They have pool towels at front desk but you have to ask for them we found out on our last day

Room was very clean, comfortable and TV selection was excellent and easy to use. The location is perfect and the home made breakfast was outstanding.

The morning breakfast staff was incredible! Very friendly and provided an amazing included breakfast! Front desk staff was helpful as well. Room was clean and included a fridge!
