部屋も清潔で屋上のプールも可愛く、過ごしやすいホテルでした。

電子レンジありますが、容器がないからお湯ができない。 夜遅くまで外の音が聞こえてきてうるさい。 朝ごはんはまあまあでした。 プールは屋上にあり、気持ちよいです。 エレベーター遅いです。

フェリーターミナルから徒歩3分。場所は最高です。建物は古さを感じますが、部屋も廊下も広々して清掃も行き届き、快適に過ごせました。朝食もとても美味しい上に、朝の7時には用意されていました｡コスメルでこれ以上コスパの高いホテルはないと思いました。

2017 11/23〜 6日間 宿泊しました。 コスメル旅行は4回目です。1度目と今回こちらのホテルを利用しました。2度目、3度目はオールインクルーシブの豪華？なホテルに泊まりました。 このホテルの方が安くて楽しかったです。 街の中心なので近隣にはレンストランやお土産屋さん、コンビニも多くあって便利。 治安もとても良いです。スタッフは皆明るくフレンドリーです。 お値段はお安いので(3500円/1日 朝食付き) 朝食も美味しい。 ただし、部屋には金庫は有りません。心配ならフロントに預けて下さい。 またエレベーターは壊れてました。(4階建) まぁ、ベルボーイが重たい荷物は運んでくれます(チップは忘れずに) 。また、ホテルの裏がLIVE BAR なので夜中まで騒がしいです。LIVE BARに行って一緒に楽しめばノイズと感じないかも(笑) 。 ホテルには屋上にプールも有るし、コンビニでビール買い込んで夕飯を見ながらビール飲んでのんびり出来ますよ。 あっ、冷蔵庫は基本部屋には有りませんが、リクエストすれば無料で貸してくれます！ 豪華さは無いですが楽しいホテルです。

Have stayed here with my wife many times, always very enjoyable. Any problems although rare are addressed in a timely fashion. Looking forward to my next visit. Shout out to the great staff , see you soon.

We had a great stay at Hotel Plaza Cozumel. The location was walkable to restaurants, shopping, the waterfront, the ferry and the downtown park. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome every morning! Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect, walking distance to the ferry terminal, numerous restaurtants and stores, and there was a car rental right across the street. The hotel is a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. It had the best complimentary breakfast that I have ever had, at a hotel.

Rooms very clean. Breakfast was decent. Breakfast staff were excellent in helping with Spanish and remembering your name. The roof top pool is a great quiet escape .Overall good value for your money.

This is our 5th year returning to this hotel. Staff are so friendly and looking out for us. Breakfast every morning was great. Pool on roof was the best. New elevator being install as we left. We will be back.

Always a clean room. Full sized refrigerator. Ask for extra pillows. Great and helpful and friendly staff. And breakfast is fabulous!! Most importantly, you can not beat the location!

This is not fancy, but it was clean and had a friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop pool provided a wonderful sunset view. The made-to-order breakfast was perfect.

Ive been to Cozumel on numerous occasions, this time i got married there. Hotel is basic, but spotless, staff are amazing food to die for, absolutely 10 outta 10 thanks to everyone x

Excellent breakfast and staff. Clean room and common areas. Older hotel with good upkeep. Loud music next store but was usually done at 10 pm
