建物や設備は少し古いけれど、目の前海だしスーパーも歩いて行ける距離でとても立地がいい！ シャワーのみだけど、ハンドルが固定ではないので使い勝手はよかった。 フロントの対応も明るくて気持ちよかった。 日本語は通じない。

チェックインがフロント受付時間外でしたが、その際に対応頂いた方が足の不自由な父に気付き、地上の駐車場を使えるように手配してくれるなど、良いサービスでした。

The hotel staff was very nice. We asked many things that was how to go to the shopping center and many questions. The room was also very nice. We stayed at 3 night. We really relaxed. I will recommend this hotel to my friends!!!

11日間の滞在だったので部屋は広い方がよかったのですが食洗機の洗剤が2つしか貰えませんでした。ウルワースも近く部屋でもいろいろ楽しめました。 冷蔵庫も大きくて驚きです。

Lounge furniture was uncomfortable. Several lights did not Function. Decor was dated.

Great accomodation, plenty of room in the lounge, dining, kitchen area. Wonderful views over Surfers and the sea. 3 pools to choose from. Round the corner from many restaurants. And walking distance to the shopping mall Pacific fair.

Location location location

We have stayed at Beach haven many times over the last 25 years, this time we were pleasantly surprised to have a king sized comfy bed. Unit was beautifully renovated and lounge furniture was also comfortable.

The lifts scared our granddaughter the first night she’s 4 from noise of the lifts it was her first vacation we told them the next morning so they moved us It wasn’t as bad in the bedrooms we had to keep our door open to listen for the little ones not in the living area though you could hear it I’ve never heard lift like this in rooms before it’s a howling noise facilities were great rooms were reasonable

This was a great place to stay, spacious, all amenities and a beautiful view

Sauna would have been better if it was hotter. Other than that loved it!

A very good property well maintained and close to the mall beaches and wonderful views. Only negative and one they are working on was the after hours arrival procedure info at the property was incorrect and the correct info was inside ! We did recieve an email but it arrived after we left and we didn't have access to to wifi

Location location! Pros: location, 3 pools (indoor too), great restaurants & cafes around, right across beach, amazing views of the ocean and bit of city (although the apt we stayed didn't get the sunrise or sunset as it was a bit at the back), tennis court and bbq common area(they get booked quickly). Cons: Apartments and furniture reflect aging, beds and pillows were not comfy, lifts had long waiting times and no regular housekeeping.
