部屋が広くてベッドも大きく快適でした。 受付の人も新設に質問に答えてくれました。 部屋が暗めなのが残念。 水の補給（ペットボトル）もあったらうれしかった。

とてもきれいなホテルでした。エレベーターは，カードキーを常に持っていないと乗ることができません。b婦班管理ができています。朝食も美味しくいただくことができました。

中南米を旅してきて、同じ価格帯のホテルに泊まってきたが、ここの高級感は違った。ホテルのロビー、カードキー付きの部屋、シャワーの広さ。どれを取っても高級感があった。

とてもよいホテルでした。サービスが本当に良かったです。

Spacious room and an attentive staff who were always professional in their interactions. Restaurant was excellent, breakfast buffet with omelet station and plenty of options to choose from. I felt like I was on a cruise always looking forward to breakfast. If ever back in Panama I will stop by again.

Gym basic ok, seat pool too old, menu breakfast repetitive every single day scramble eggs and sausagge, every day ham, no any other type of cold meat, need diversification. Overall a very good hotel, fair price value, I overstayed.

When we arrived they said we don’t have reservation. The front desk person was so upset because she was alone with a lot of customers waiting. Even though we got successfully the room, it was terrible. There was no hair dryer, security box not working, the floor was dirty, the door couldn’t open well, no face towels, etc. I sincerely do not recommend this hotel.

Location, good value, nice staff.

We didn’t get to stay at the hotel due to electricity problem in some floors. We were just shipped of to another less nicer hotel, without any apologies or compensation. And the other hotel had not gotten any info about it, so when we arrived, we had to stand in a long check-in cue. This whole thing took 1,5 hour and caused us to miss our dinner reservation. I think this was really bad service. The hotel was booked over a month in advance, so the least they could do was contact us in ahead of check-in date and send us directly to the new hotel so we hadn’t lost so much time. Will definitely not choose this hotel next trip to Panama.
