部屋が広くてベッドも大きく快適でした。 受付の人も新設に質問に答えてくれました。 部屋が暗めなのが残念。 水の補給（ペットボトル）もあったらうれしかった。

とてもきれいなホテルでした。エレベーターは，カードキーを常に持っていないと乗ることができません。b婦班管理ができています。朝食も美味しくいただくことができました。

中南米を旅してきて、同じ価格帯のホテルに泊まってきたが、ここの高級感は違った。ホテルのロビー、カードキー付きの部屋、シャワーの広さ。どれを取っても高級感があった。

とてもよいホテルでした。サービスが本当に良かったです。

I loved the location and felt safe as security is constantly on the alert. Most of the staff were nice and accomadating however i believe that housekeeping could be better

Long wait for check in. When checking in they could not find my reservation. After showing a copy of the hotels.com confirmation I was upgraded to a suite which was not in great condition. Doors stuck did not open easily, curtains would not close and ripped, bed Awful should have been replaced years ago, lighting not great in the room. About 7pm I went out for dinner and I asked the clerk at reception to request a "transport for the airport" for the next morning at 5am he said he would. When I returned from dinner about 10pm I asked him again and he said he made arrangements. At 4:45am I go down to the lobby and I am told they had NO record of transport for me being made. They called a "regular taxi" which was old and beat up. I know the route to the airport and the driver started to take me a "different way", I told him to immediate take the "Corredor Sur". He started a different path and had to stop and buy gas, I had to tell him which way to go correctly. Just "in case" I had pulled out a hard thin steel pen and was ready to jab him in the neck "completely"... Always be PREPARED for eventual outcomes in Latin America. Would I stay again at this hotel in Panama ? NEVER ! Stay at the "Best Western Plus Zen" in PTY. That is a good hotel in good condition and they are efficient.

Excelente atención del personal y muy buena ubicación, las instalaciones están limpias y ordenadas, muy agradable todo. Definitivamente, este será el hotel a utilizar en mis próximos viajes de negocios y placer.

Fue una experiencia excelente y buena ubicación. Encontrarás restaurantes de muy buena calidad, muy recomendado.

Centrally located. Quiet room. The receptionist (May) was excellent. Very professional and kind. Morning breakfast was also excellent. The maintenance man was fast when i couldnt figure out the TV. Security was on point. Elevator cant be used without room key. Recommended

Terrível desde o início. Cofre sem fixação. Andei cm ele pelo hotel para mostrar que não era fixo até que apareceu um funcionário para fixa-lo. Nunca, nunca limpavam o quarto mesmo solicitando. Voltávamos e tínhamos que pedir para limpar e aguardar. Iluminação do quarto era muito baixa. Café da manhã sofrível. Barulho ininterrupto noite e dia vindo da área de serviço que ficava acima de nosso quarto. Porta banheiro sempre rangendo, sempre ! Sabonetes e toalhas contadinhos, contadinhos portanto, uma única toalha para passar 24 horas sem ter onde secar. Registro de água do chuveiro extremamente ruim e ineficiente pois o misturador de água quente fria não funcionava direto. Não tinha saboneteira para se apoiar sabonete/shampoo. Pessoal da recepção foi esforçado para ajudar, Elevador só era acessado via cartão magnético. Ocorre que todos os cartões de todos os hóspedes não funcionavam. Necessitava ficar friccionando o cartão para ter a sorte de funcionar. Infelizmente foi uma péssima experiência.
