家族3人で5泊利用しましたが、非常に満足のいくホテルでした。 ロンドン都心部から離れていますので、レンタカーがないと行動範囲が限られますが、すばらしいロケーションやスタッフのおかげで楽しい家族旅行ができました。

中心部からは少し外れているけど、清潔で結婚式なども行われており良い雰囲気でした。 精算時、間違った請求書を出したけど誤りを指摘したら訂正してもらえた。カードを預けたので、追加請求されないか若干の不安は残るものの現地での応対は問題なかった。

Brilliant experience. Fab breakfast.

The hotel was fully booked for a wedding party. On the first night, the noise was so loud that I could not sleep, until at stopped at 0255. When I questioned the reception staff the next morning, they initially told me I must be a light sleeper (I am a former Gunner and nearly deaf!). They then admitted the room was above the bar and moved us to a more distant room, as there was a second wedding booked in for the Sunday night. (The second room had a faulty light which could only be switched off fully by removing the key card and blacking everything out.)They arranged a £50 refund, which has allegedly been sent. You have to pay £50 per couple to swim and use the spa facilities, so we booked a time slot for the second day. When we turned up to our booked time, we were told it was full and asked to come back in an hour, which would have meant finishing at 9pm and missing dinner, so we declined. The food was excellent throughout and the staff were great, but a very poor first night sleep and the poor administration, means I would not rush to go back. If the £50 refund ever turns up, I will use it to book somewhere else that does not charge £50 for a swim!

My experience during my time at Hilton Syon Park was remarkably pleasant and provided a sense of ease and relaxation. I found the level of service provided across all areas to be of an excellent standard, with the individuals working there demonstrating a high degree of attentiveness and displaying a genuinely friendly disposition towards guests.

Lovely room. Great location. Parking was good. Disappointed that if you want to swim you have to book a slot and pay £25! Most hotels with pools let guests have a swim for free. Breakfast was also disappointing. Cold plates and offerings not replenished at the same time. Had to wait for things to come out, so what was on your plate got cold very quickly. Poor quality bread for toast. Eggs not fried but out of a steamer. Revolting Americano coffee. Tasted like chemicals not rinsed out of the machine.

Had a King Deluxe Room with a View for 1 night. The view from our room was of the car park with trees in the far distance which wasnt quite the view I had anticipated given the hotel is next door to Syon Park, and our balcony had 1 chair only - even though photos of the room showed it having 2 and a chair. The bed was comfortable and there was a large TV, although the general appearance of the room was quite tired (scratches on the desk, marks on the table, steam damage from the kettle on the mirror). The amenities in the room were limited, although they bought toothpaste upon request and there was no mini bar. Breakfast was enjoyable, a buffet inclusive of English breakfast items, with eggs also cooked to order, and continental items.

A beautiful hotel. Everything one needed was there. Helpful and friendly staff. Well located for walking the parkland and a close drive to Kew Gardens, which we were visiting. Walked to Brentford High Street Saturday evening. Was surprised at how much the pre booking was to swim, £25. Did not use this option which was a shame. Only stayed one evening.

Efficient welcome and check in, surrounding areas are lovely. Room a little dated, shower door leaked and pillows needed changing. Breakfast and restaurant food and service was lovely and generous.

I booked a one night stay after seeing good reviews only to be disappointed. 1) Check in: At check in, no information was provided on hotel breakfast/facilities/wifi, staff seemed unbothered and just handed over room keys 2) Room: Upon entering the room, it was filthy with glass tables not clean and hair strands lying around on the room tables. The only thing that looked clean was the bathroom and bed. There were no robes or slippers in bathroom and only two towels which makes me wonder if the room had actually been cleaned at all. I did not bother complaining about the room as I was out most of the time. 3) Safety issues with inconsiderate rude staff: Whilst I was in my room with my partner and newborn child, another hotel guest had managed to access my room with a key they held even though I had both my access key cards with me. I contacted hotel management via room telephone to complain about how someone else who was not staff had got access to my room and entered placing myself, partner and my child at risk. Hotel management were rude and inconsiderate over the phone trying to make it seem as though it was nothing serious and something I was imagining! There was no apology or investigation into this matter which further led me to checkout early. I had high hopes for this hotel considering the good reviews I had read however, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book elsewhere where you will receive the service you have paid for!

Wir hatten zwei separate Zimmer bekommen für 6 köpfige Familie. Leider waren die Zimmer mit Verbindungstür vergeben. Aber man hat sich Gedanken und Mühe gemacht uns dennoch zwei nebeneinander gelegene Zimmer zu geben. Damit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück dort ist wirklich ausgezeichnet (vielseitig- also für jedermann was dabei. Man konnte sich zusätzlich Omeletts bestellen) Das Highlight war jedoch der Wellness Bereich. Dieser ist im Haus und nur für ab 18.Jährige zugänglich. (Kostet jedoch für 2 Stunden pro Person 25£ knapp 30€p.P. . Extras wie Massagen kann man auch je nach Verfügbarkeit buchen) Parkplätze sind auch ausreichend vor dem Hotel kostenlos vorhanden. Das einzige Negative, welches mir und meinem Mann auffiel und zu berichten ist, sind die Flugzeuge, die man ab einer bestimmten Uhr in der Früh alle paar Minuten starten und laden hörte. Das war schon störend für jemanden, der das eher nicht kennt.
