It is on the motorway to London from Dover or channel tunnel. Very convinient as there is 24 hours cafe and shop next door. We were on the way to Legoland with 2 kids, and we found it very clean and comfortable. The service was also nice and family friendly. We will be happy to use the place again. Price is so reasonable!

Clean and spacious which was great for our one night stopover on a road trip

Typical motorway hotel. Room was comfortable, bathroom was clean. The only issue was my room was by the road where the trucks park and all night I could hear engines running, trucks starting and people shouting (from outside).

Cheap stop over before an early Eurotunnel start. Large family room was ok if a little shabby, reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Not much noise considering how close you are to the motorway.

Das Hotel ist an der Autobahn, ist aber relativ leise.

Just looking for a bed and a shower close to the highway, nu fuzz or high expectations. Yet, this facility needs a drastic renovation. Old and worn. I'm sure the cleaning staff do their best. But how to clean x times painted over doors etc? The bed was good though!

Good price and location for my need but receptionist could’ve been more friendly and the walls are quite thin. Needs modernisation. Rusty plug and radiator. Nice size room and comfy bed.

A good all rounder

Bon rapport qualité prix, parfait pour une étape. Chambre assez spacieuse, propre. Equipements un peu vétustes mais ça fait le job. Personne à l'accueil très gentille. Hôtel situé sur une aire d'autoroute donc fast-food et boutiques accessibles à pied. Parking gratuit.

Good value for a quick stop over

Staff were friendly and helpful at all times and it was refreshing not having to pay for parking

It was great value for the money and dog friendly. Convenient location, easy parking, beds comfortable, a bit dated but nice clean bedding and towels. Coffee and milk wasn't replenished and I saw other rooms had biscuits which we did not, but quiet room and would stay again.

Kerry was the best I’m nearly 70 disabled and have a 7month dashound and waiting to move into my property so stressful been here 3 weeks now and she was so helpful over and above what she was meant to do I would definitely recommend you ccx

Not the nicest place, mould around windows & bath.

Bare room above entrance noisy as we could hear the door all night. Dogs barking constantly. Room literally had nothing. I’d expect this to be £30 a night tops, not £85. Really poor.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, Kerry and the gentleman who was training was very helpful and very polite she went above and beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly.

Staff friendly and helpful Good night sleep Shower head came off when water turned on NO HOT WATER Therefore no shower in the morning to wake us up Key didnt work properly Reception should have made us aware we were in a room without a self locking door and needed to be locked from the inside SO spent the night unknowingly with an unsecure room THE LOCK NEEDS ADDRESSING IMMEDIATELY
