ホテルまで行く道が狭く、写真とは全く違う。 部屋も古く、メンテナンスもされていないので、古さが上手に演出されていない。 とてもスイートルームには思えない、レベルです。 ３スター以下だと思います。

マルセイユの旧港からバスで２０分程度。バス停からは徒歩１分かかりません。夫と３泊しました。ディーナーとランチを頂きましたが、お料理は大変素晴らしく、海の幸をふんだんに使っており、さっぱりとしていて日本人の口に大変あうと思います。また、お土地柄か、全体的にスタッフの皆さんは気さくな雰囲気でした。 お部屋は海が見えるお部屋で、８月だったので朝から９時くらいまで、美しい地中海の景色を眺めることができました。 浴室とトイレが分かれており、また、ベッドも非常に寝やすいベッドでした。

ロケーションや外観は可もなく不可もなくです。部屋は料金の割りに質素で小さいです。期待していたレストランは最悪と言っても過言ではありません。いったいいつの『三ツ星』ですか？って感じです。味は好みがあるのである程度は仕方がないですが、事前のメニューの貸し出しも不可、英語のメニューもなしとはいかにも天狗になっているとしか言いようがないです。これで、モナコのル・ルイキャーンズとほぼ同等の価格とは『トホホ』です。マルセイユは治安も悪いのでプロヴァンスに泊まるのがお奨めです。料金も良心的で素敵なホテルがたくさんあります。勿論、レストランも星がなくてもここよりずっと美味しいレストランもあります。

都合が生じ、宿泊をキャンセルせざるを得ませんでしたが、全額をキャンセル料として、クレジットカードに課金されました。予約の際には、注意が必要なホテルです。

Dinner parfait, de mieux en mieux, année après année. Maitre d’hôtel, pro et agréable, bref, classe mondiale. Chambre est ok, un peu bruyante le matin, due aux travaux… sinon, rien à dire. Superbe!

Le Petit Nice Passedat is an absolute treasure of a hotel. Greeted with kindness, very helpful, the cleaning staff attentive and our rooms were always clean and well maintained. The dining options are exquisite as Chef's Passedat's 3 Michelin Star restaurant is on site. The view from our rooms and hotel were that of the Marseille's beautiful Mediterranean and its people. Definitely recommend as a one-and-only. We will return.

Beautiful view! Service was horrible extremely Slow

Arrogant service, owner… Safe key did not work so no safe available. Room key did not work, had to go back for the other key twice… Non-soundproof room. You could hear everything from the corridor and the other rooms. Smell of cigarette in the room coming through the ventilation. Terrace was nice with a sea view. We rearranged our dinnerplans because of the poor level of service. Not a 5* hotel. Also skipped the breakfast for three days because of the rude service the first morning.

Gorgeous view

Veldig bra opphold med deilige avkjølte og store rom. Renhold 2 ganger til dagen var et pluss. Dyr mat på restaurant men 3 stjerners er vel ofte dyrt. Fin opplevelse totalt sett. Luktet litt kloakk/piss gangvei ned mot klippene, det burde kanskje hotellet tatt ansvar for.....
