２階の部屋だったので荷物の上げ下ろしが多少めんどであったが、それ以外に特に問題はない。このモテルチェーンは大外れがないので気に入っている。

Stayed one night with family. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The downside may be location, but if you don't mind driving for dinner or spa, it wouldn't be an issue. The bed was too soft for me. Considering how much costs to stay in Rotorua, I think this place is definitely good value for money.

Pat and his team run a top-notch motel. Couldn't be bettered (& we have stayed in plenty). Great guy; great info; good value. Pick Pat - you'll not regret it. Lions rugby crew.

A nice place to stay. The front desk did everything they could when they realised they hadn't given me a room with two beds. We got given milk free of charge and the internet was fast and the bathroom heater warmed up every room. Opposite Kaiaru park as well where you can see free thermal pools.

Very close to the city park with great walking paths around the geological hot springs. Also in enjoyed the "best meat pies bakery" right across the street. The room was clean and good for a one night stay!

Walkable to downtown (20 min). Groceries about 3 min drive.

Very comfortable room and close to a fascinating geothermal park. Only but small concern is a bit of traffic noise.

A good place to stay with a friendly host who was happy to share his knowledge of the area. Easy check in. Clean and tidy room with all amenities catered for. A soft comfy bed. Ample parking. Would happily stay here again if in the area.
