Unfortunately my stay was brief, I arrived on a Sunday evening and had to catch a 'plane on Monday morning. I found the staff, accommodation and the general atmosphere and ambience to be excellent. I'll make sure I cn stay longer next time.

Nice hotel. Seemed a little overpriced but that could have been because an exhibition was nearby. You HAVE to have a steak at the restaurant though. 10/10

Got woken up early by very loud housekeeping staff shouting from room to room. Bed comfy but room quite tired. Breakfast good.

Good location in Meriden secure parking and great breakfast and bar staff were good. Only downside was state of beds way too soft and need updating

Lovely hotel. Dog friendly

Very nice hotel well maintained with good secure parking. Food is a bit pricey but probably in line with the quality of the hotel.

Brilliant location, we use it to fly early flights from Birmingham airport. The car is in a safe locked carpark, so no need to unload. Rooms are huge and quiet and there are great places to eat locally if you aren't eating in the hotel.

Great location for the NEC

Rooms were very nice and spacious, food was quite expensive and also the surrounding area - but the plus side is the location, bank in the middle of the country side

Power sockets not working, exhaust in the bathroom not working. Breakfast was below average.

The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. We therefore had to use the trash can to fill it with water in order to flush it properly. Simply not good enough. We mentioned it to the hotel three times, but nothing was ever done. They did not inform me that there was an extra charge for having a dog at the hotel. I only discovered this when they charged more money to my debit card than what I had paid at the reception. We therefore called them and were promised that they would call us back. They never did. Furthermore, we were promised a breakfast-to-go on Friday. They had also forgotten this, and we therefore never received our breakfast.
