スタッフの対応が、素晴らしいかったです。 食事への対応、早朝出発への対応等、満足出来るものでした。

清潔。朝食がとても美味しかった。

フロント、食堂、清掃すべてのスタッフが丁寧で親切でした。部屋も清潔で食事もおいしかったです。 ただ、宿泊施設の多いエリアでどれも同じような石造りの建物なので、ゴール周辺の道がわかりにくい上に入口もわかりにくく、かなり迷いました。さらにホテル内も防火扉の向こう側にも部屋があるというわかりにくい構造でした。 最初は戸惑いましたが、慣れてしまえば治安もよく快適でした。

こじんまりとして、可愛い、綺麗なホテルですが、中心地から遠いのが、やや難点です。朝食は、一人ひとりに、温かく調理した料理が出され、感激でした。

イギリス旅行の最終の数日を過ごすためにロンドンの中心部のホテルを取りました。地下鉄の駅も歩いて3分、バスはホテルの前に止まります。買い物をするのに便利です。ケンジントン公園もハイドパークとつながっており、散歩をするにも最適です。周辺は商店も多く買い物には不自由しません。ただし、大きな荷物を持っている場合は大変です。ホテルの入り口は狭く、階段でレセプションに上がります。レセプションから各部屋へは古いエレベーターがありますが。ヒースロー空港へ行くのに地下鉄の駅ケンジントン・ハイストリートはエレベーターやエスカレーターがなく苦労しました。ホテルの食事は、セルフサービスで、ゆで卵、ハム、チーズ、果物、パン、飲み物を取るもので、簡素なものです。部屋はシャワーとバスタブがありますが、湯はたまりませんでした。空調はきいているので、町の音を遮って眠ることができました。

日本で言う民宿のような感じで、落ち着く雰囲気でした。 スタッフの方も親切で優しかったです。 可愛いわんちゃんもいました。癒されました。

Great breakfast, friendly staff.

An excellent small hotel, spotlessly clean and very quiet. The breakfast is lovely and the owners offer a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

This a fantastic little hotel. I loved my stay there. With the warm welcome from Kevin, who is genuine and very helpful. I would love to come back.

The staff and the food were both exceptional. It is a beautiful, quiet hotel that is very personal and cozy. It is a ways from city center but is close to a bus stop that will get you anywhere you want in the city.

Kevin and his team were wonderful! A perfect first stop on our scotland adeventure. I only wish we had planned to stay there longer!
