LA HABITACION ESTABA MUY BIEN...TUVE PROBLEMAS POR QUE NO ME PERMITIERON EL INGRESO ANTES DE LA HORA SEÑALADA, A PESAR DE QUE LA HABITACION ESTABA DISPONIBLE...YAMBIEN TUVE PROBEMA CON LA CAJA FUERTE, MISMO QUE NO RESOLVIO LA ADMINISTRAICON A TIEMPO Y POR ELLO, PERDI UN TREN

Overall, our stay was decent for the price, and the location was a big plus. There was a 24-hour 7-Eleven right across the street and plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, which made things very convenient for our family. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, and our room did not have a refrigerator, which would have been helpful, especially traveling with kids. One concern we had was that the hotel scheduled fumigation during our stay. We happened to be out for the day, but when we returned, we found a dead roach in the room. That made us feel uncomfortable, especially with children. It would have been better if this had been done before check-in, after checkout, or if we had been moved to another room. Thankfully, we were leaving the next morning, but it did impact our overall comfort. With a few improvements and better planning around maintenance, this could be a much better experience.

Lo único que no me encantó fue que la alberca estaba muy fría y la llave del lava manos goteaba. Todo lo demás perfecto y la ubicación increíble.
