チェックイン時に少し問題がありました。ホテルのスタッフは、私たちがエコプランの部屋を予約したので、滞在中に部屋の清掃サービスがないと言っていました。しかし、私たちはトラベルオカのアプリにこのオプション（エコプランと非エコプラン）があることすら知りませんでした。全体的に、ホテルは良いです。JR駅に近いですが、地下鉄の線路の近くにはありません。

Hanshin is the best choice to stay when in Osaka. The location is strategis, more restaurants near the hotel. The service is good, the staff is friendly, and the process of check-in/out is very fast.

Bagus sih tempatnya, luas, waktu itu gw buat berada, tapi masuk cukup luas, mantap, kalau kesini lagi dapat harga tidak mahal kayanya kesini saja. Tersih yang enaknya adalah. disini dekat stasiun. cuma diseberangnya doang stasiunnya.

The hotel is big. Have big rooms. Clean and quite modern. It's located rather strategic. Fukushima station a JRline. Not in too crowded area but only 1 jr station to Osaka station which is the main hub in and out of Osaka. For the price, this hotel is recommended. Service is quick. Staff is very responsive. Speaking English is no problem here. They cater to kids very well. Hotel is suitable for family trip.
