立地は良く、部屋は清潔です

非常に良い立地で、中央駅から歩いて行ける距離、UTS キャンパスの向かい、ウールワースの隣です。

予約した本人であることを証明できる書類をすべて提示したにもかかわらず、名前と身分証明書が一致しなかったため、チェックインを許可されませんでした。ホテルのポリシーと手続きは非常に厳格で、柔軟性や実情への理解が欠けていました。 1泊だけの予約だったのですが、結局、直前に別のホテルを探して予約しなければならなくなりました。予約は返金不可だったため、既に支払った金額も全額失われました。

room is not clean enough. up stairs floor is to noisy. there's no patch in floor

The receptionist was very rude, the room is not as shown in the picture.. very bad stay experience

expense more, for early check in or late check out. Overall everything are good, near bus and train central station.

First 3 days, hot water off, I stay on winter.. Have to deposit AUD $ 200 in cash, no receipt and will be cashed back when check out.. I checked out at 8 AM have to chase for my flight but no receptionist at that time. Besides deposit $200 in cash, you have to give a guarantee with a credit card.

Great location! I got the new renovated room. Kamarnya luas, nyaman, dan bersih. Bisa masak di sharing kitchen lantai 2 dan 3. Tapi cuma di lantai 3 yang bersih dan enak buat dipakai.

Need to renovate. At least the bathroom area. The wooden floor are molded and need replacement. The only good of this place was the location. Even the staff and the policy a bit annoying. Just pay attention about the deposit. I make a deposit 200 aud, as explained. But, for the refund would be 2 weeks they said.

Remote TV tidak ada. Saya meminta sampe 6 kali sampai kita check-out juga tidak diberi. Di jendela kamar sudah saya gantung tulisan untuk dibersihkan tapi tidak dibersihkan. Baru kita ngomong kalau kamar minta dibersihkan baru dibersihkan.

Good location, friendly staffs, near transportation hub.

Good location but not the service. The reception was not friendly as the other hotel reception should be. The hotel facilities were very basic, nothing special and not value for money - it's overrated I guess. The only good about this hotel was the location - it was only 100 meters walk from Central Station - exit South Concourse, you won't get lost as I did!

広々とした部屋、中央駅に近い立地、あらゆる目的地への交通の便が非常に良い。シドニーに行くことがあれば、またポッシュホテルに泊まりたい。

I check in on 9pm but room not ready yet. the room already book 1 month before.

Room was dirty, service was bad.

I think their 80 dollar extra charge for guest who check in after 11 pm is just too ridiculous. if the reception doesn't want to wait they can just put the key in secret place, such as: on reception table or somewhere else (only the guest and the reception know the place).

Kamar hotel untuk sekeluarga 5 orang, cukup besar. Kasur juga besar. Lokasi dekat stasiun sentral. Banyak jual makanan. Sayangnya pemilik hotel sangat jutek. Sementara resepsionisnya 2 orang baik dan murah senyum. Tapi ada 2 orang yang jutek juga saat cek out, bisa titip bagasi sampai jam 4 sore saja selebihnya bayar.
