I was very satisfied with the cute room, traditional elevator, hotel staff with family-like hospitality, and wonderful scenery. It was great to be able to experience how British people cherish old buildings.

部屋はそれなりに広く、二人で泊まってもゆったり過ごせました。冷蔵庫はありません。少し埃っぽいですが部屋はきれいに掃除されていました。朝食は伝統的なイングリッシュブレックファーストが食べられます。

音楽好きということもあり、一目見て宿泊を決めました。泊まった部屋は、レコードレーベルのRough Tradeのお部屋。ポスターやライブのスタッフパスなどが部屋中に飾られていて、見ていて飽きがこない楽しい部屋でした。広さも十分で、バスタブもあったので、かなりゆっくりと身体を休めることも出来ました。また、機会があれば泊まりたいと思いました。

Staff were lovely, as was breakfast and the bar. But the rooms and decor are the key feature of this hotel and certainly make it unforgettable. Our room and bathroom were not huge but more than adequate and comfortable. The theming of the rooms, corridors, stairways and bar area is amazing, thoughtful, creative and makes this hotel worth a stay for sure, as does the cheeky nature and sense of humour. We will likely be back just to try a different room! Thanks

Really great find! Staff were amazing, property was spotless, my room was huge and had an old record player and a hammock! breakfast was also really good! It is one of the older properties in Brighton which adds to its charm but it does mean you can hear outside noise if that bothers you.

Excellent and cooked to order breakfast with many options. Cocktail bar has some very interesting choices too. We stayed in the David Bowie shrine suite which is fabulous and fun for any fan but the bed is very “Low” so bear that in mind if you have an issue with knees or back. Decor - loved the blind and shower curtain in particular. This booking was a surprise from my husband and I couldn’t have been more delighted.

Amazing place. Very well located. I was in the room Lee Scratch Perry. The decoration of the room and the stairs is rock-themed. Staff is very friendly. And the breakfast is good.

The best hotel in Brighton

This was a fun hotel with themed rooms in a great location in Brighton. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in The Star Wars room. It was a 10 minute walk into the heart of Brighton and about 15 minutes to the pier. I would recommend going on the i360 which is a 2-5 minute walk. We would stay again and choose a different theme room.

A great stay at one of our favourite hotels in Brighton. Staff are so friendly helpful and welcoming. Nice touches like curly wurly chocolate with the tea and cofffee and very quirky and unusual. Great location too.

First, and foremost, the staff are exceptional, as they can often make or break a stay. The hotel is very nice. We stayed in Room 8, the “Pin-Up” room and had an ocean view. It was nicely sized, comfortable, and clean. Nice down comforter and pillows. Breakfast is wonderful … lots of options. It’s on our “stay again” list.

What a wonderful eclectic hotel with a strong punk/ sex positive vibe. If you are looking for a 'normal' experience don't go. If you want something truly special where every item of decoration feels perfect in place. Where the staff are genuinely friendly and warm and treat you truly as guests I could not recommend more strongly.
