ミニキッチン付きで、大きめの冷蔵庫やレンジも完備。バスルームと洗面所が別なので、家族で利用しやすい。無料の朝食をピックアップして部屋のダイニングで食べることができた。2泊したが、タオル交換やシャンプーなども依頼すればドアの前に袋に入れて置いて行ってくれたので、コロナ禍での対応も徹底しており快適だった。

Loved our stay here. Staff was pleasant, hotel was very clean and our room was very spacious and came with a full kitchen. Ordered chicken wings and nachos from their bar, the nacho order could of fed a family of 4. So good. The breakfast they serve was amazing So many choices. Probably the best hotel buffet I have ever had. Would recommend This hotel with no hesitation.

Safe location and some very friendly staff, but I booked it because of the hot tub. Hot tub wasn't working on day 1. Was told it would be fine in the morning. Hot tub wasn't working on day 2. Was told it would be working soon. Hot tub wasn't working on day 3, and it was time for me to leave. $700 for two nights and no hot tub. Expressed my frustration at the hotel desk and was told nothing could be done - ie they couldn't give me a room discount because it was booked through Expedia. Lesson learned: Never book using Expedia.

Everything was great except the closet door in my room was broken and I barely had housekeeping come by the whole week of my stay. I would leave the room all day and return in the evening and the room had not been cleaned then around 8pm they’d try to come clean while I was there so I had to put the DND on the door in the evenings to have privacy.

We actually booked this property as a staycation for our family. We live about seven minutes away from it and we do this only because our kids love the pool and the staff are always still good to us. That being said this last booking we called to make sure the waterslide was going to be open and upon check-in we were told that they were back to school hours and that it was closed that evening, but was open earlier that day. We decided it was fine. The kids were swimming in the pool and having fun anyways. The next day, heading to the pool, the kids were super excited. We were then told by what I believe was a concierge that the pool was going to be shut for a couple of days. Being from the area and staying at this hotel for specific reasons, it’s a definitely a bit of a bummer. Hopefully there’s a way they can help us on a future stay. Other than this very small issue, the people management front desk staff are extremely extremely knowledgable and polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel being from Sudbury as it’s located in the heart of Sudbury and having stayed at all the other hotels this is definitely by far the best. Patrick Drolet

Great hotel, room was really nice but the traffic sounds were so loud it was hard to sleep. Kids loved the pool, only criticism I have is that the slide was not open as long as they advertised it would be

The continental breakfast was good: cereal, bagels, toast, sausage, eggs, juice and coffee. Free coffee and tea all day long. The amenities were good clean hot whirlpool, slide and pool. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. The room was a bit small and we could not fold out the sofa bed within touching the bed.
