中心地近くですが、騒々しさはなくバーやレストランも近く良い立地です。 ホテル自体は古いですが、綺麗にされており非常に快適に過ごせました。

　部屋が広くて豪華！建物はクラシックですが、中はモダンで上品な感じに統一されています。ただ、最上階（３rdフロアー。日本でいうところの４階）に当たったのですが、エレベーターが２ndフロアーまでしかなく、階段を上らないといけないのが難点でした。荷物が大きい人は２ndフロアーまでの部屋にしてもらうよう頼んだほうがよさそうです。また最上階は屋根裏部屋的な形で、梁があったり段差がいくつも室内にあるのも要注意。それ以外は、本当に部屋もベッドも広くて快適でした。スタッフの方も、荷物預かりや街歩きの質問など気持ちよく応じてくれました。 　街の中心部にあるので、夜中も周囲が割とにぎやかなのは好き嫌いわかれるところでしょうか（私は好きですが）。 　あとスパも自慢らしいのですが、ちょうど風邪気味で利用しなかったので、そこは分かりません。

滞在そのものがヨーロッパの古都を味わう体験です。木の大きな扉をあけて歴史を感じる美しい建物の中には入ります。　窓枠などは昔の窓で防音サッシではありません、隣が音楽学校なので、練習する音が聴こえてきたり、夜遅くまで街のカフェのざわめきが聞こえますが、車の入らないエリアなので自動車の騒音はありません。ヨーロッパの街のの音として味わえます。　部屋は非常に広く、天井の高い古いヨーロッパの建物の立派な部屋です。　歩いてすぐにスロヴェニア・フィルハーモニーがあり、古い市街の中に暮らす味わいがあります。　大ホテルで最新設備や完全防音・空調やレストランやバーなどの館内施設を求める人には向きませんが、ホテルの部屋の中にいる時も、ずっとリュブリャナの旧市街の味わいがあります。　

Worst customer experience of my life. Our room which was advertised as having a working air conditioner was over 89 degrees in the morning after cooling off from an open window, during the night it was closer to 94 degrees. We alerted the staff to this issue at 10:00 pm at night as it was too hot to sleep in our room and the two young ladies on duty were super helpful trying to solve the problem and looking for a fan for us while the manger basically told them,well it’s hot deal with it. Again these girls apologized and told us they understood if we were to request a refund in the morning. In the morning another employee came to our room still around 89 degrees and said i don’t see what the problem is the air conditioning is on, (however literally pumping out warm air not cool what so ever) finally after accusing us of lying she says fine we will do a refund. We go downstairs and she proceeds to be extremely rude and tells us we have to call our credit card company for a specific code for the refund, our credit card company says no they just need to refund the charge. We have her sign a document stating her manager will refund the credit charge and she said wage sent a confirmation email. Two weeks later still no refund and no confirmation emails. My mother in law also had the same issue with her room but the lady flat out told her “you are fine, you didn’t use the air conditioner properly, again it was NOT working! Then she said , you’d paid now you leave” worst experience!!

Alles gut. Sehr Freundlicher Empfang. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert.

Great location, staff, clean, comfortable beds and quiet. Outside space a bit undesirable is all. Good value.

Antiq Palace Spa Hotel - det låter flådigare än vad det är - men är väldigt mysigt och personligt - har ett perfekt läge i gamla stan. Nära till restauranger. Mitt rum hade en stor skön säng och Netflix på TVn vilket var ett plus! Ska dock tillägga att hissen endast gick till våning två och sedan lite kringelikrokar och och en trappa upp för att komma till rummet vilket funkade för mig då jag reser lätt men hade varit kinkigt med stor väska. Jag provade inte frukosten då jag endast stannade en natt och checkade ut väldigt tidigt för en flight hem. Rekommenderas!

The location is great. The staff is wonderful. The property is historic but needs some renovation. It was good value for overnight stop

The place is amazing and the attention is great

A very comfortable stay right in the middle of Ljubljana's old town. Very helpful staff, spacious, well appointed room and a comfortable bed. Very nice!

No air conditioning in the room, despite being led to believe there was. This made the warm very warm and stuffy given the 32 degree heat. Mattress sloped away on one side. Fridge was no cooler than room temperature. Shower temperature couldn't be made cooler once it was warm. Bathroom door handles were sticky and mouldy. Nice big room was a positive. Definitely didn't meet my expectations of a 4 star hotel. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful

Stunning building and decor, a real gem in the city centre. Unique and full of character, the building is decorated to the highest standards with a green patio to enjoy a drink. Located in a quiet street in the very centre, steps away from the riverside, it has a perfect location to explore the town. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was enormous and bright with AC. Stylish furniture in the room and a real comfortable stay. Super experience and I wish there were more hotels like this.

Parking hard to get

Vi ankom til hotellet og fik hurtigt tjekket ind. Vores værelse havde i midlertidigt en strømfejl dvs. Lyset gik efter få minutter. Personalet var hurtig til at få genetableret strømmen. Vi fik samtidigt tilbudt at få et andet værelse, da vi blev enige om, at det sikkert ville gentage sig. Vi takkede pænt ja tak til en opgradering i deres suite. Bedre service kunne vi ikke bede om. Ps. Lokationen er helt fantastisk. Book det. Du bliver ikke skuffet. Mvh Fernanda og Peter

L'hôtel est bien situé en centre ville de Ljubljana. Cependant il est très vétuste, peinture écaillée, trace de fuite datant d'un certain temps. Les chambres ne sont pas faites tous les jours. Un peu trop cher pour le service proposé.
