ポモナに用事がありこちらに宿泊しました。この近辺に来る機会は少ないと思いますが、ポモナやオンタリオのアウトレットなどへ行くのに便利です。 フロント前の無料コーヒーサービスもプラス評価。 こじんまりしたアットホームな感じ、とても気に入りました。

Excellent customer service. The surrounding area has a lot of plazas and stores. Spacious room and nice views especially from the 5th floor. Only issue was the shower, water wasn’t even lukewarm when set to warm/hot. Bathroom wasn’t spacious (toilet placement). Overall, great stay.

Front desk was courtesy and very helpful with our late check in!! Overall great experience.

We stay here whenever we come to see our granddaughter in San Dimas. It has always been a well maintained hotel with great staff. It does need more handicap parking spaces. It would also feel better if damaged tiles, flooring etc were kept up. Every room we have had has some type of issue or several in one room.

Never again going to this hotel.

Poor water pressure in shower Poor circulation in room , had to run AC on middle of night to cool room down and circulate air. Should have a fan in bathroom!

We had a handicap room and the shower head was so high up the wall could not reach to adjust. The plug for the tub was broken. The chair for the tub would not sit flat in the tub. Very dangerous for a person with a handicap.

The area and the property was great. Very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is close to a lot of eateries. I did not like the room as much. Small and cramped. The shower curtain would not stay closed because of the rolling things it’s hooked onto, the curtain itself doesn’t stop water either so outside the tub was soaking wet, the tiles were cracked and chipping and the AC doesn’t go below 68 degrees, which was disappointing. I look forward to waffles at breakfast and they only have it on the weekends. Pretty disappointed in my experience even though the property is well maintained.

Staff could use some training 1: in not saying my room number out loud for security reasons 2: morning rent desk guy was not friendly. As if I’m interrupting his morning. Convenient location off freeway close to restaurants and food

They do not clean the rooms daily, even when mentioned specifically about the beds.

booked a room for 3 adults - was given one with beds so small you could not turn around in them. What's worse - in 4 days our room was not serviced even ONCE! I could go on and on... Marriott used to be a solid brand and I have enjoyed them in locations around the world. After this experience though I'll stay away from them in the future.
