The location was nice since only 5 minutes walk from Toyen station which only 10 minutes away from Oslo Central station. There are stores and restaurants (there is an affordable kebab restaurant as well) at Toyen station. Seven eleven is also nearby the apartment. Access to the room is quiet tricky but the receptionist will guide you. As far I know, there was no elevator, but to go to your room they have dedicated path for people who bring luggage. You still need to take your luggage through stairs but it depends on your room location. The room was clean but they didn’t clean it daily (I think this is a standard for Scandinavia apartment). The heater worked properly and there was international TV cable in the room. They also have luggage room. The size of the room is quiet small for two people. There was a small kitchen but there was no microwave or oven. If you want to save your meal budget, you have to make sure that you can only make fried or boiled food. They served basic equipment to cook.
