It located near the center of the city, very covenient. But the building is very complexed and we could not use the lift. The stuffs are very polite and good.

スタッフは明るく良い人たちでした！ 道路側の部屋でしたが、窓に隙間があり外の声が普通に聞こえます。しかし以前も一度泊まった事があり内側の部屋だった時は静かでしたので部屋によると思います。古い建物なので床が傾いてたりシャワーの水が弱く困りました。アメニティやベットは快適だったので昔ながらの建物に泊まりたいか気にしない人向けと思います。

旧市街のど真ん中にあり観光名所へのアクセスが素晴らしく良かったです。部屋は多少ふるく歴史を感じますが普通に快適でした。駐車場は5ポンドで1日とめられるので便利でした。

街の中心部にあり、便利です。駐車場もあります。メインストリートに面しているため夜中も人通りがあり、結構騒がしいです。部屋は広いですが、古く壁紙が剥がれていたりして少し残念な感じでした。シャワーの水量が少なく、寒かったです。芳香剤の匂いがきつすぎて、人によっては辛いかもしれません。エレベーターあります。

Clean room, friendly staff and great value.

Room was very good. Shower great.in room 55 but on second floor. Centally located. Stayed here on numorous occasions. Will be back.

Older room with basic necessities. Convenient location for Cruise ship departure. Good breakfast.

Ligger centralt

Overall the room was in good condition, there is however a lack of good ventilation. Our window opened into a narrow passage between buildings with little air flow. The pillows were horrendous. It was like sleeping on a bag of foam balls.

We had a lovely warm welcome, what a beautiful historic building. We just loved the whole atmosphere of this hotel. It was centrally located as well, making it easy to see Southampton without a vehicle.

No lift/elevator, stairs steep. Quaint old building. Staff very accomadating.

Great but small rooms

Check in later than expected at 2.30pm. Otherwise a convenient and pleasant place to stay. Continental breakfast simple but adequate. Room tidy and quiet.

The full English was perfect

Nice place. Close to pier for our cruise, so convenient location. Many stores within walking distance. Lift broken so not good if you have luggage. Would stay again but with less luggage.

Great Service Lovely Room

Second time I’ve stayed here it’s a cheap hotel within easy reach of the town. Staff are helpful and rooms are of a reasonable standard

Good hotel in a very convenient location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Lift was very old and difficult to operate, the floors were old and creaky, the hotel needs to have a good upgrade.

This is an old hotel so lots of character. There is an ancient lift that can take you up to the upper floors, but it is tiny. The walls are thin and the windows have no sound proofing so you can hear your neighbours as well as the noise from the High Street below. The staff were top notch and super helpful. Can’t say enough about them. The location is excellent and within walking distance to site seeing, shops, restaurants etc. We did have breakfast one morning in the hotel and would definitely not recommend. Expensive and terrible food. Overall we only stayed two nights before going on our cruise so it was doable but I doubt I’d stay here again.
