部屋が非常に清潔、スタッフも皆親切で、また高山病対策のティーがサービスで置いてあり快適な滞在でした。

バスルームと寝室との間にドアがないため、トイレの音が丸聞こえとなる。どういう意図でこんな設計にしたのか理解できない。満室だったので部屋の交換ができず、他の部屋も同じ作りになっているかは不明。 シャワールームもバスタブなし、出入りするところにドアがないので洗面所にお湯が飛び散って床が濡れる。 スタッフはとても親切で対応もよかったし、朝食も美味しかったけど、一人旅以外にはおすすめできない。

The hotel staff are very helpful. And the room is confortable with bathtub. And the hotel staff is helpful to arrange sightseeing like taxi tour and preparing lunch box.

入口を一歩入ると、外とは全く違うかわいらしいホテルでした。スタッフは非常に親切で、頼みごとをしても嫌な顔をすることもなく対応して頂き感謝です。 スイートに宿泊しましたが、価格設定もかなりお得です。部屋はとても広く、使いやすかったです。バスルームにはジェットバス付きの大きなバスタブがあります。 朝早いフライトにも対応して朝食を用意してくれました。 また、泊まってみたいホテルです。

ホテルの建物はとてもいい雰囲気。 ホテルの人もすごくいい。 アメニティもしっかりしているし、無料のドリンクサービスもある。 ベットも快適。 このホテルなら、もう少し高くても、また泊まりたい。 すべて書けませんが、ほぼ同料金の他のホテルにも泊まりましたが、サービスの質では、なにからなにまで、こちらが断然良かったです。 日本語のサイトでは、空港への送迎無料となっているが間違いの様です。ご注意。 空港でのピックアップが無料とのこと。 空港までの移動はタクシーを呼んでくれて安心。10ソルでした。

接客、清潔さ、アメニティの充実まで全てにおいて満足です。 朝食も十分に種類があって、コーヒーもとても美味しかったです。 大切な旅にぜひおすすめしたいです。

高山病で殆どねこんでいたが、部屋の窓が小さくベッドサイドに光が届かないため部屋が常に暗く気が滅入った。 やはり高山病の関係で呼吸困難になったとき、ホテルの人がすぐに酸素吸入器をもってきてくれ、ずっと親切に看病してくれたのは良かった。 フロント、掃除の方みな非常に感じはいい。

O quarto é muito bom, camas boas, roupas de cama maravilhosas. Unico ponto negativo foi o frio. A banheira não dispoe de uma area fechada ou porta para isolar a area do banho, por isso sentimos muito frio para tomar banho, mesmo clm as janelas fechadas, sentimos frio durante o banho.

I love the interior. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Hotel Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Even though the architecture is nice, the rooms design is very poor, the first room was divided in 2 stories, the bed was in the 2nd and the bathroom below, the ceiling in 2nd is very low and dangerous as well as the stair case. I hit my head with the ceiling and almost fell down from the stair, therefore I requested room change, the 2nd room, had no windows and very poor ventilation. There is only one water filter for drinking water for all the hotel and it is not big enough so we had to go outside the hotel to buy water, the breakfast is very limited and every time we request either water, glass or for instance a piece of cheese because was nothing left, the answer was, we are sorry but we don't have any more left. In addition the bed of the 2nd bedroom, was extremely soft and uncomfortable.

Accommodating, clean and very beautiful interiors , it work out for us.

A beautiful building and rooms in centrally located Cusco. The staff and breakfast were excellent.

Après avoir changé d’hôtel avons choisi celui ci et vraiment pas déçus. Un accueil chaleureux grâce au monsieur réceptionniste et surtout grâce à Miguel très souriant qui officie un peu partout dans l’hôtel ( réception pour les valises, serveur au restaurant aidé cuisine etc) ce jeune garçon est formidable et sa gentillesse et son dévouement nous ont vraiment touchés. Chambre suite parfaite petit dej très bien avec jus frais, restaurant de l’hôtel parfait et salade délicieuse. 10 mn à pied de la place d’armes. Nous conseillons cet hôtel.,

The biggest reason because I gave a 2-star rating is because I got multiple bug bites while asleep. I contacted the staff and they came to check it and said it was impossible because bed bugs do not live in the cold weather like Cusco. All I know is that I got bug bites all over my body. When I went to check out, instead of apologizing or comping anything, they charged me a large fee for a clear liquid stain on the duvet. I don't recall spilling anything but they showed me pics. I commented that they were supposed to clean the sheets and duvet either way so why were they charging me. The person on duty was not helpful and lacked professionalism. My niece stayed in another suite and spilled on her duvet and they did not get charged a cleaning fee. It makes me feel like I was charged extra because it was a suite. The suite was nice but lacked in some amenities which in my experience is essential for a 4-star hotel suite. Only one of the 3 curtains has blackout shades. They had soap dispensers in the shower and sink but not at the bathtub, so when I took a bath in the hot tub (with non-functional jets) I had to pour soap in a cup from the dispenser in the shower and carry it over. They have a kettle with mugs in the room but don't provide sugar or a spoon. There is also nowhere to store your clothes and didn't have a side table.They don't give you the restaurant number or menu to order room service but they do. My mother didn't like the pizza but the other dishes were good.
