部屋が非常に清潔、スタッフも皆親切で、また高山病対策のティーがサービスで置いてあり快適な滞在でした。

バスルームと寝室との間にドアがないため、トイレの音が丸聞こえとなる。どういう意図でこんな設計にしたのか理解できない。満室だったので部屋の交換ができず、他の部屋も同じ作りになっているかは不明。 シャワールームもバスタブなし、出入りするところにドアがないので洗面所にお湯が飛び散って床が濡れる。 スタッフはとても親切で対応もよかったし、朝食も美味しかったけど、一人旅以外にはおすすめできない。

The hotel staff are very helpful. And the room is confortable with bathtub. And the hotel staff is helpful to arrange sightseeing like taxi tour and preparing lunch box.

入口を一歩入ると、外とは全く違うかわいらしいホテルでした。スタッフは非常に親切で、頼みごとをしても嫌な顔をすることもなく対応して頂き感謝です。 スイートに宿泊しましたが、価格設定もかなりお得です。部屋はとても広く、使いやすかったです。バスルームにはジェットバス付きの大きなバスタブがあります。 朝早いフライトにも対応して朝食を用意してくれました。 また、泊まってみたいホテルです。

ホテルの建物はとてもいい雰囲気。 ホテルの人もすごくいい。 アメニティもしっかりしているし、無料のドリンクサービスもある。 ベットも快適。 このホテルなら、もう少し高くても、また泊まりたい。 すべて書けませんが、ほぼ同料金の他のホテルにも泊まりましたが、サービスの質では、なにからなにまで、こちらが断然良かったです。 日本語のサイトでは、空港への送迎無料となっているが間違いの様です。ご注意。 空港でのピックアップが無料とのこと。 空港までの移動はタクシーを呼んでくれて安心。10ソルでした。

接客、清潔さ、アメニティの充実まで全てにおいて満足です。 朝食も十分に種類があって、コーヒーもとても美味しかったです。 大切な旅にぜひおすすめしたいです。

高山病で殆どねこんでいたが、部屋の窓が小さくベッドサイドに光が届かないため部屋が常に暗く気が滅入った。 やはり高山病の関係で呼吸困難になったとき、ホテルの人がすぐに酸素吸入器をもってきてくれ、ずっと親切に看病してくれたのは良かった。 フロント、掃除の方みな非常に感じはいい。

Spacious and quaint hotel. Nice breakfast. Quiet.

We stayed at Tambo for several non-consecutive nights with travel in-between. They held our luggage while we hiked four days on the Inca Trail and had a room ready for us upon our return, with our luggage already inside. The hotel was quiet and in a great location for exploring Cusco. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Das Frühstück war das Beste, dass ich in drei Wochen Peru bekommen habe. Sehr guter Kaffee, viel Auswahl und ein nettes Ambiente.

Дуже гарний готель, приємний персонал. Єлиним недоліком був поганий вайфай стгнал у номер, не тільки в одному, я залишалась у 3-х різних.

Very beautiful hotel not far from main square, but off on a side street so that it's nice and quiet.

El edificio con sus patios es muy bonito, las habitaciones amplias y confortables. Las camas grandes y confortables. El staff muy atento y supo aconsejarnos en todo momento. Altamente recomendable

The room was beautiful and spacious. The food was delicious. Staff extremely helpful.

We stayed at the Tambo Del Arriero boutique hotel for 9 days while exploring Cusco. The hotel was clean and just far enough away from the main shopping squares that it was very quiet at night. The highlight for us was the breakfast staff Eduardo and Carlina who were very nice and remembered our coffee and breakfast orders. Overall this stay was very nice. The only thing I would mention is that the hotel only turns their heat on for the radiators after 6 pm and they turn off by early morning, so if you do stay here in the colder season be prepared. The shower temperature and pressure was great! :)

Our room was lovely, the shower was hot with good water pressure after a long day hiking.
