I had a great stay at Rectory Farm. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I don’t have any complaints about it

A handy spot on the outskirts of Cambridge. It had everything we needed.

Pleasing manor-house style property. Lovely and extensive grounds. The room (a suite) was large and well-appointed, with triple aspect views over carpark to the front and gardens to side and rear. When you book you are warned no soaps provided, so we brought our own, as well as towels and pillow, for our own comfort. Didn't eat at hotel so cannot comment. Hosts - interesting.

Clean room and bathroom. Bit of tiny room and the mattress was a bit tired. Would recommend for a weekend budget getaway.

Staff very helpful and nice warm atmosphere upon arrival

Room was clean, bed was huge. Perfect stay with a dog as the door opened up onto the grass. The fields for dog walking were amazing and went on and on. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again.

Cozy place with a homey atmosphere. We’ve been going there for about a year, as it’s a lovely farm. It feels like a home away from home 💚

The rectory farm is a lovely place to stay, very quiet and welcoming. We checked in after 4pm and was upgraded free of charge. However, the hot water wasn’t working properly so we had to change rooms. The room was slightly bigger but a smaller bed which was fine too. (But I did prefer the other big bed). Set on lovely grounds. It would be nice if they had more toiletries available in the room. Other than that had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

This was very convenient to access the park and ride into Cambridge where you can leave your car for free. The property and was lovely, clean and quiet.

Ok for a one night stay, pity they didn’t do evening meals

The hotel was situated on a lovely property close to Cambridge. The room was perfect!

Conveniently situated just off M11 Junction 13 and close to Park and Ride to access to Cambridge centre by bus. Good value for money. Easy checking in/out.

Loved the property and the gardens. Easy walk to park and ride, the plough for food the back way and just lovely to walk around the gardens. Big bed comfy duvet and good towels. No hand towel and only toiletry was a bar of soap.

The room was pristine and comfortable, offering a delightful view. The peaceful surroundings, combined with its fantastic location, made it the perfect haven to return to after our busy days exploring Cambridge and Newmarket
