スタッフがフレンドリーで非常に居心地の良いホテルです。 ダウンタウンにあり、バスや地下鉄駅、スーパーマーケットに近いアクセスの良いホテルです。

They cleaned the rooms quite well. They were helping in some areas when it came to bookings and not so much in others..

El hotel queda en un lugar centrico, tiene cerca el supermercado el machetazo donde encuentras super ofertas, lo único malo que el lugar a partir de la 7 es un poco pesada ... Osea hay gente así media sospechosa en las cuadras pero de allí el hotel para mí estuvo bien, buena atención, para que lo que pague considero que estaban bien las habitaciones

Me gusto mucho la habitación. El personal es muy amable ❤️

Buena estadía, las camas muy cómodas, el personal excelente.. Sobre todo la recepcionista hanna, te ayuda en todo momento, siempre con un excelente trato... Cuando regrese de seguro nos volvemos a hospedar ahí..

Asensor fuera de servicio, personas extrañas en la escalera, no aparecia la reserva, la habitación no era la reservada

Muy buena atención, habitación cómoda tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Especial para familias.

Everything was outdated and dirty! Check in was ok but they had no parking as was in the description that there would be parking. The sheets had stains on them and the air conditioner is both rooms we booked didnt work properly and one actually broke in the middle of the night! TV only had 1 working channel and the bathrooms were dirty as well.

El hotel siempre me ha parecido bien, en esta ocasión el aire y electricidad del cuarto no funcionaban, llamé a recepción y no parecían muy preocupados por resolverlo, me fui del hotel y aún no estaba funcionando, por lo que al alistarme estaba sudando, me alegró que llegará el taxi para poder irme.

I needed this hotel to wait for a plane, however, my plans on saving a lil but of money turned on me when I decided to go to this hotel. Bad area, even though there’s a police station in the same block, it’s very sketchy and looked dangerous. Room was clean, but decors were terrible, really small bed my feet hardly fit, and uncomfortable. Cherry on top was at time of check out, the lobby lady decided it was a good idea to ask for my credit card to CHARGE me for my stay, because, according to her, it wasn’t paid for. She didn’t care I showed her. Y credit card statement, not when I showed her the email confirmation. I had to make a phone call (long distance) to the hotels.com company for them to call the hotel and tel her what I already told her! Almost missed my flight. Never got an apology from her.
