3泊しました。 長江沿いの便利なホテルです。 併設するワンダシティはショッピングモールでユニクロや多くの飲食店があります。 目の前が船着場で三峡ダムクルーズの乗船には大変便利です。 朝食会場の雰囲気も良く、メニューも豊富です。 部屋は広く立派ですが、バスタブの排水口が流れなかったとか細かい点はありますが。 宜昌は宜昌東駅からウーハンや重慶、南京などとの新幹線も1時間おきに出ていて便利な街でかなり都会です。

長江のすぐ傍にあるホテルで、周辺にはショッピングモールがあり買い物に便利で飲食店も多いです。 宜昌三峡空港からタクシーで40分ほどかかります。 部屋の清掃はとても良く出来ていて、気持ちよく利用できました。

Hotel is in a very location, close to mall, Walmart, restaurants. Friendly staff and smooth check in. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great location for visiting Yichang the hotel is beautiful on the inside and offers great views of the river and mountains. There are many restaurants in the area. They don't stay open late but there are delicious food vendors around the corner. The staff at the hotel are welcoming and very helpful. If you're staying in Yichang, the Crowne Plaza is where you must stay.

Free luggage storage, staff was very helpful

The hotel has a nice appearance, with a beautiful lobby adorned with flowers and a crystal chandelier. However, it often feels like a playground due to the many children running around. The air has a scent reminiscent of a typical Chinese restaurant. The room is OK. But the bathtub water temperature is just slightly above skin temperature, which is not comfortable, despite the service man's insistence. The breakfast selection is limited and significantly overpriced.

A good location for cruise ferries, with great waterfront park

Room was hot as hell. AC did not work. Apparently the "management" had not decided to turn on the AC....Paying customers don't get to decide what temp they like their room. Upon checkout girl at front desk acted like I was bothering her to do her job!

Breakfast buffet was wonderful! Room temperature controls did not allow us to lower the 25C setting, though the fan worked. The bed was a bit soft in the middle for us. Shower was quite nice.

Good stay, I would stay again. We did not buy breakfast because there were many little shops around for far cheaper and lots more options! The shampoo wouldn't come out of the pump in the shower and no microwave in the room but otherwise decent price for a riverfront view room!

The hotel was great. We received an upgrade to an executive level suite. The room was large and very clean. The staff was very friendly and service was outsranding. The hotel is situated across from the bus terminal that brings you to the cruise port. The hotel is situated next to a very clean and modern mall with many western stores and grocery store and Wallmart.

Great location close to the river ferry terminal, river boardwalk, shopping and dining options. Staff extremely helpful, particularly the concierge who was able to organise a Yangtze River day tour at short notice.

Centrally located, staff very friendly and helpful

A very convenient place for a night after the Yangtze cruise. But sadly there is no concierge to help with the luggage. Perhaps the hotel can give a shuttle service to and fro the Terminal.

Nice hotel. Staff generally friendly, especially at checkin and concierge. F&B staff spent more time playing games on their phones rather than attending to guest needs Good variety for breakfast, considering the location. Comfortable beds and decent sized rooms with baths. Smoking inside the building is a bit of an issue for me

We needed to check out late and paid half rate allowing us to stay till 6:pm Just a few blocks to the Three Gorges cruise terminal making it perfect for a stay before a cruise on the Yangtze river.

Everything you would expect from Crowne Plaza. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms very good. Lobby bar layout a little disappointing. Would recommend

Beside shopping mall and cruise center, location is excellent.

Whenever I visit Yichang, I use the Crowne Plaza. And every time they provides comfortable/Clean romm/service to me.
