Vi hadde et flott opphold på kun et døgn, rommet var fantastisk, SPA avd deilig super. Det som skuffet veldig var resturanten, gode rådvarer som ikke fikk den behandling som de fortjente…..varmrettene på buffé som lammeskanker var kalde

The hotel that I had pre-booked and paid for was closed on my arrival.

Escogí este hotel pq tenía piscina interior pero estuvo averiada durante todos los días de estancia...nos propusieron ir a la piscina municipal, aunque es una alternativa no compensa (andar y mucho sol). Hubiera esperado otra compensación. Y sobre todo, un aviso con antelación. Se contratan unos servicios que son los que se esperan.

El hotel tiene muchas carencias y no tiene el nivel de 4 estrellas. La cantidad de personal es deficiente y carecen de la experiencia que requiere un hotel de 4 estrellas. El bufé de desayuno con largas colas, camareros saturados y montando mesas en la recepción al tener más personas alojadas que personal para poder atender. El spa carece de la higiene oportuna y desprende un olor nauseabundo.

We have been surprised by the poor level of service of this hotel. It's rated 4 stars we paid more than 160 euros by night but they were several issues. The restaurant was quite often complete, we were not informed in advance. We made the queue to be then informed that it was complete. Hopefully for the breakfasts we took it during the booking. Nevertheless , we had to wait minimum 30 minutes to get in. The servers were overwhelmed. Inside a lot of products were not renewed. We already waited 45 minutes for the check in on day 1. We went to the spas to get a massage for 1h30. The music was not functioning (system broken and no maintenance). We can hear the voice of the men on charge of the swimming pool welcoming all people from the hotel. Not a place to relax. The massage in itself was not pro. For a cost of almost 90 euros by person, and we took two (for the couple, one after the other), it's way to expensive for such poor quality. The tv was broken, internet too and hot water during one morning.everything was fixed after an alert at the reception desk despite internet failure. Some good things though: great place and view on the mountains, big beds very comforting, nice hotel infrastructure,good chef cooling eggs in the kitchen for breakfast.

Beautiful place with great staff

Nice Hotel on hill at the top of town. The buffet dinner was good as was the breakfast though the hot dish was not hot and neither were the plates.

Accueil déplorable . Chambres réservées avec 1 grand lit et fournies avec 2 lits 1 personne et pas de discussion possible. Chambre mal isolée phoniquement, on participe à la TV du voisin ou à ses ébats amoureux... Petit déjeuner : On se fait éjecter comme des malpropres car on entre à 7.58 au lieu de 8.00...

A great place to stay with epic views and easy access to the town with places to eat, drink and relax. Excellent breakfast selection, indoor pool was a little small when busy but the option to use the outdoor town pool is a great option in warm weather. Would 100% stay again!

Something must be right with the director/management because this staff was one of the best I've seen in a hotel - attitude, service, helpfulness - congratulations to the director for obviously doing a great job. Waiters in bar and restaurant were outstanding.

Et rigtig dejligt hotel, med en vidunderlig beliggenhed, hvis man er til vandring i bjergene. Stort rummeligt værelse, lækker morgenmadsbuffet med omeletstation, mange opholdsområder med udsigt, fin pool, dog først åben fra kl.16, fitness først åbent fra kl. 11, småt men brugbart. Eneste minus er at der ikke er aircondition, der bliver altså varmt om sommeren.

Hace varios años voy a menudo a Formigal y hasta ahora ningún alojamiento había cumplido mis expectativas en cuanto a calidad precio hasta que me quedé en este. A mi familia y a mi nos ha encantado. Volveremos aquí seguro.

Todo perfecto, habitaciones amplías y muy bonitas.

Nos toco una habitacion abuardillada, amplia, con cama de dos por dos y vistas a las pistas de esqui, preciosa, con un gran televisor, dos sillones y una mesita, la cama muy comoda, tambien utilizamos su piscina, climatizada, volvere a alojarme en este hotel

Stunning views from this hotel! Breakfast was good but not outstanding. I'm guessing it's due to covid restrictions but they do require you to make a reservation for breakfast for a specific time. It's at the very top of Formigal, and a bit of a hike down into town where the restaurant, shops and outdoor pool are.
