全体としては、綺麗でキッチンなどもついていて満足です。 一方で、ホテル滞在時にかける上鍵が壊れており、不安でありました。また、初日はシャワーのお湯がでず困りました。あとは、ホテルの中に会社も入っており、日中は誰でも建物に入り放題でした。夜は閉まり、もらう鍵を使わないと入れませんが、共用お手洗いなどに隠れることも可能でした。

目の前にトラムの停留所があり、便利。ショッピングセンターも近くにあり、快適な滞在が可能。清掃が週に一度しか入らないのは、やや不満。

レセプションは24時間ではないので、朝早いまたは遅いチェックイン、チェックアウトする方は調整が少し面倒かもしれません。 スタッフはかなりフレンドリーです。ロケーションは目の前に無料トラムがある為、Cityへのアクセスも抜群。実際Cityまでも歩けます。目の前がハーバーの為、かなり風の強い日が多いです。風の音がうるさく夜中に目が覚め事が何回かありました。部屋の清掃は週１なのでその分値段が他と比べるとリーズナブルです。 駐車場料金も他と比べてかなりリーズナブルです！

とても快適に過ごせました。 ハーバービューが夕暮れ時が素敵でした！ 広い部屋や、何かあればすぐに受付にお伝えすればきてくれました。 レイトチェックインの際は鍵がメールボックスに入っています。メールを確認してください。

This apartment is close to tramstop, so very convinient. The room has enough space to stay comfortable, especially the kitchen is very useful and clean. In spite of room rates is very cheap, this building is located near centre of the city .

ビューを期待してマリーナビューに1泊。用意された部屋は窓が狭く、ソファーから景色が見えなかったので残念でした。景色が期待できないのなら、滞在時間が短かったのでもっとサザンクロス駅よりにすればよかったと思いました(スカイバスに乗るため、スーツケースをとりにトラムで往復30分位かかりました)。便利だったのはトラムの停留所が目の前、DFOまで散歩がてら歩いても15分位で、無料WIFIもあり、荷物もあづかって貰えた所です。チョコがおいてあったのも嬉しかったです。

Good place, great location

Enjoyable stay at this property, the location is very handy to all amenities from dining options to having public transport right outside the building.

Pretty happy with this property. The tram station out front is extremely convenient and easy to navigate. There was construction going on outside and when the door was closed you couldn’t hear it at all. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer because we got absolutely soaked at the F1. Dockland is a nice area to stay. I would stay again.

Quiet area. Easy tram. Love the room

We liked the location and it was very clean and quiet. Arriving at 7pm it took us 3 laps to find somewhere to stop to justd get key and instructions. Very confusing, someone ended up helping us get into foyer otherwise I don’t know how long it would have taken us and we’re not that hopeless. It’s on a busy road with no spots to stop, quite stressful when you’re going to a concert.

The room was spacious and well furnished. The bed was a bit on the small side but the value for money was excellent. The communication from the property was also prompt and good. Docklands is a bit out of the way from the central CBD of Melbourne but if you don't mind the tram, there are plenty that stop just infront of the building. Also, the docklands area has plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. Overall, would stay again.

Great location. Public transportation right out your front door. The apartment was roomy and had a well equipped kitchen. It has a washer and dryer in the apartment which we used often. The bed was comfortable. Walking distance to groceries, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

It was in a good location though not in the bustle of the very center of city. Less than 1 km walk to southern cross train station though some metro right outside accommodation. Could have been a bit cleaner the unit itself and some areas needed freshening up such as the blind on the eindow

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment. Excellent views of Dockland harbour. Convenient tram transport at door. Suited our needs perfectly. Easy check in & friendly helpful reception.

Nice view of harbour and good location. Everything you needed.

Overall a good experience. Except water leaking from bathroom into bedroom floor with lots of mould and an unpleasant smell. Apartment next door had a dog that barked like crazy when they were not there at night. Drove me mad. Microwave did not work but was replaced. The view of Docklands is fantastic and the view of New Year’s Eve fireworks was fantastic

The Ron as modern and comfortable and served the purpose of a 2 night stay in Melbourne . The staff were friendly and informative and accomodating .

Our 3rd stay at the accommodation. Apartment is a little small, but just for the wife and myself it was fine. Has kitchen and we were able to make our own breakfast and occasional dinner. Location is perfect. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Trams and transport right outside the front door. Having a reception makes check in so much easier. Small, but suited our needs.
