お部屋の掃除はしっかりされていました。ただ、建物が古いので、水回りは下水っぽい匂いがして気になりました。スタッフの方々は親切でフレンドリーでした。旧市街に位置し、駅からも徒歩10分と近く、便利な立地です。朝ごはん付きで、宿泊費は安いのでおすすめです。

クリスマスマーケットに行くために、このホテルに2泊した。チューリッヒ中央駅からは近く、徒歩圏内である。トラムを利用するとアクセスはもっと楽だろう。中庭に面した部屋で窓からは良い景色が見られるわけではなかったが、静かな環境を好むので私にとっては良かった。隣の部屋の物音が場所によって聞こえるが、許容レベルである。冷蔵庫があり、中のドリンクはフリーである。水だけでなくビールもあって、ホテルでの滞在を楽しめた。朝食は品数が多いわけではないが、その場で調理しているらしく、温かくて新鮮なものが提供されている印象である。

建物が古く、壁が薄いので部屋でYouTube見てたら隣から苦情がきました。そんなに大きい音でないのに。

All the staff were kind and polite. Good location, close to the central tram. I want to go again.

駅や街の中心部に近く便利。部屋は広くないが清潔で快適。 スタッフの接客も素晴らしい。

スタッフの対応も良く、部屋も清潔。 朝食に野菜の種類が豊富だったのが嬉しかった。繁華街から外れているが、トラムに乗れば問題ない。

フロントの対応はみな感じよかったです。町の中心部のホテルのせいか駐車場が離れたところだったのは不便でした。

The location is convenient near Zurich central stayion about 5 minutes by foot. There are Coop, some bars and restaurants around the hotel. The receiption is quite polite and kind attitude so it's comfortable although arriving at mid night time. The room keeps clean and enough equipment and amenities. The breakfast is also tasty and satisfying service quality. When going to Zurich next time, I would like to stay this hotel again.

チューリッヒ中央駅に近い旧市街にあって観光も含め大変便利なホテル。ホテル周辺もレストランが多く、遅くまで賑わう。ちょっと高いと思うが、チューリッヒは何処も高いというから仕方がないかも。

It is very easy access to Zurich Main station, and there are lots of shops/restaurants. Additionally clean room, enough breakfast and reasonable price.

旧市街にあって駅近なので便利！

We liked everything about the property, the staff, and the surrounding area. It's in a great location. The hotel is in excellent condition and spotless. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely had a great stay and would certainly book it again when in Zurich.

It's a no frills property but the breakfast is good and the rooms are clean.

A lovely stay with easy access to important sites and walkability to tons of restaurants and cafes in the city! The receptionist was extremely helpful in giving us information to make the most of our short stay. We would highly recommend Hotel Alexander!

We loved the hotel and location. This hotel is in Old Town Zürich by lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel is clean.

Un petit hôtel bien rénové confortable, offre minibar en chambre, café à la réception. TV avec tous les programmes du monde disponibles ce qui est rare. Parking recommandé hors hôtel de l'autre côté du pont facile d'accès.

Very impressed with this hotel. We booked a twin room and arrived around midnight to a friendly and efficient welcome. The room was a good size and the complementary first stocking of the mini-bar was a pleasant surprise. There's also a hot drinks machine in reception that's available for use. Lots of towels, comfortable bed and a good shower, though I cut my leg on the sharp corners of the beds - so beware of those! Breakfast was complementary and offered a good, well-stocked selection of all the usual items. Overall, much better than a standard 3* hotel and I'd return again.
