一泊宿泊友人と宿泊しましました。 ローケーションはメインの通りから２つくらい入ったところ。常時受付があるわけではなくホテルズドットコムのメッセージに到着予定時刻を伝えておかないとスムーズなチェックインが出来ません。 私たちはロコハウスに到着した際、オーナーがいないためロコハウスの前のお店の人が電話をしてくれ待ち20分くらいでチェックインが可能となりました。 その際1人20クーナの税金を支払いました。 ローケーションは旧市街地内で観光もしやすく朝の誰もいない旧市街地内の散策など素晴らしかったです。 ロコハウスの周りは宝飾店？以外はないため到着までに迷うかも知れませんが観光には最適でありオーナーも優しく良い施設です。 設備面は古いですが衛生的に悪いわけではありません。部屋は1人での宿泊には良いサイズです。 エレベーターごないためスーツケースを持って部屋に行くのは大変ですので荷物の量などは考えて荷造りした方が良いでしょう。

宿についたら、玄関に張り紙してる。電話に連絡してください。向かえのレストランは15%オフです。旧市街の中なのでロケーションはいいです。

ドブロブニクの街自体がとても小さいのですが、その中でもほとんど中心にあります。立地は最高です。部屋も狭いながらも清潔で快適。値段を考えれば十分にリーズナブル。シャワーのお湯は熱いお湯がとてもよく出ます。しかし調子に乗って使うと2人目は水になります。だから、一緒に仲良く浴びましょう。シャワーブースは1人しか入るスペースはないですが、中の良いカップルなら大丈夫。乗り越えましょう。意味がわからなかったことがひとつ。冷蔵庫にビニールに入った魚みたいなものがありました。前のお客が忘れていったのかもしれないけど、オーナーが部屋の様子を見に来た時にどうしたら良いかきいたら、適当に処分してくれと言われました。だったら最初から処分しておきましょう、オーナーさん。

ダブルブッキングで、他のアパートを案内されましたが、広く海の見える部屋で素敵なところでした。 ただ、シャワーとトイレが共用で気を遣ってしまいました。

いわゆるホテルのようなフロントはないがスタッフがカギを渡してくれました。なんといっても場所が最高です。旧市街の中にあるので、どこに行くにも便利だしいい思い出ができました。朝食は付いてません。

オーナーの女性は英語も話せ、ペントハウスが事務所になっています。常駐しているようです。とても気さくな方でした。 アパートメントは旧市街の中にあり、メインストリートも近く便利でした。 ただ、1階がレストランで窓を開けていると声や音がうるさく、涼しい国でしたが窓を開けて寝ることが出来ませんでした。 部屋も広くて良かったのですが、シャワーのお湯が2人目が続けて入ると水でした。なので、1人は夜に1人は朝にシャワーを浴びるようにしました。その点は残念でした。

オーナーがとっても親切。お部屋も可愛く、ローケーションも最高で、旧市街を探索中いつでも戻れる。屋上からは旧市街の赤い屋根の景色がみれる。エレベーターがないので、荷物を持って行くのに苦労したが、旧市街おそらくエレベーターがあるところはとても少ないと思われるので、仕方がないと思った。是非また利用したいと思った！

旧市街にあり、雰囲気のあふ内装が女性好みの アパートホテル、レセプションがなく、到着時間を知らせておいて鍵を持ってきてもらう必要があるが、チェックアウトは時間までに部屋を空けて鍵を所定の場所に置いて出れば良く、気楽。キチネットに大体のものは揃っており、使い勝手も良い。 難点は、エアコンの温度を最高に上げても部屋が十分暖まらず、とても寒かったこと。

ロケーションはドブロブニク旧市街地内です。 ピレの門から徒歩２分弱で旧市街地を回るのであれば抜群のロケーションです。 1階はピザ屋さんで、２階から４階部分が客室です。 入り口の右側の柱にRoko apartの表示があります。 旧市街地にはホテルのようなものはないみたいで、 旧市街地で泊るのはここ同様アパートを日で借りるのが普通のようです。 部屋は大変オシャレでした。 アメニティはホテルではないので、最低限のものが備わっています。 （タオル類はありましたが、シャンプーはなかった。） wifiは快適に利用できますが、iphoneではセキュリティの種類に都合からか接続できませんでした。 総じてドブロブニクの環境に浸りたい方にはお勧めできるホテルです。

お部屋はかわいらしく、お掃除も行き届いていてよかったです。 ただ、表示されている住所の場所に行くと、一階のピザやさんのスタッフがオーナー？管理人さん？を呼んでくれて、そこから別の場所に移動となりました。案内された場所のロケーションは悪くなかったし、スーツケースをもって狭い階段を登る必要もなく結果はよかったのですが、予約の際にはどの場所になるかはっきりわからないということを知っておいたほうがいいと思います。

I stayed there for 3nights and The inn keeper was a lovely lady. She was always helpful.I could ask ladies and a guy who work for the restaurant on the ground floor whenever on daytime I wanted to talk to the inn keeper.They were also helpful.My pot was broken and I wanted the hot water in the morning. They gave me a jug of hot water and the Inn keeper lent me a pot during the stay.The location was perfect -Thats in the Old town. You don't have to worry about the time for the bus just go back to the room for within 5min.I could go back t the toilet and have a break in the room during the sightseeing.The room was clean,new and has a nice taste ( furniture,everything is in ivory) If I say one problem about the room I suppose, the heat for the shower was not working only once in the morning ( That was working well all nights) I highly recommend the hotel and I'll definitely stay here again when coming again!

Door handles was broken and took several attempts by property to fix! Had to ask for clean towels. Bedding was not charged daily. Small accommodations and very poor service. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Roko house. Very convenient location in Old Town Dubrovnik- near the Pile gate and near everything. The walk from the Pile gate to Roko house is not bad, the only stairs you’ll encounter is inside the apartment building.You get 20% off if you eat at their restaurant downstairs and the food and staff were amazing. Ljerka is helpful and accommodating, she gave us tips on where to eat and how to get around. No daily housekeeping but they provided us with clean towels everyday. The rooms are small but as expected as it’s inside old town but beware if you have large suitcases as you’ll have to move things around inside the room and be creative with the luggage’s. Room is clean, ac in good working condition and high water pressure. Highly recommend if staying in old town! Thank you Ljerka and Christine!

Beautiful little apartment in one of the most convenient parts of the old town, 2 minutes walk inside the main gate. Nicely furnished, great aircon, and good communication with the lady who gave us the keys. It is directly above and opposite restaurants on a side street but surprisingly quiet anyway - the double glazing is very effective.

The property is located on top of a lovely restaurant. If you need anything you have to ask the staff to call the property manager. The response time is very good and staff at the restaurant are fantastic!

We met the owner on arrival on time. We were walked to our room and provided with lots of advice and guidance regards services, eateries, sight's to see. All in all a great host and accommodation meeting our needs.
