Great room, great host and extremely good value

Upon arrival at 19:45 the host was friendly and re-opened the kitchen to make me dinner, it had closed early - so appreciated this effort. When I left 7:30 there was no sign of anyone making breakfast. Everything was in darkness. I left the key in the deposit box. The room was tiny - not an huge issue - but the bed / mattress was very lumpy. There was a hole in the ceiling packed with papier mache toilet roll. Shower room fine. All in all a cheap room for the night, I wasn’t hugely disappointed but my expectations were aligned.

Always a pleasure

Shame there was no food available at the pub. The kitchen was closed. Friendly landlord who pointed us to some food eateries in the area. Rooms were basic, but clean.

Book last minute room and arrive late with the key pick up. Everything was perfect as it should be. Room is super clean, great value for money thanks everyone.

Lovely room..single bed very comfortable but Double not so much.. Annoyed that we were not advised until we arrived that no breakfast would be available for to not having a chef.

efficient & responsive staff team and nice accommodations

Not great, but all I needed was a bed for the night. Staff seemed to come and go as they pleased. Don't think there was anyone there overnight, so the guests (?) were left to their own. No chef either so had to eat elsewhere. Very dark interior and metal cages up at the bar most of the night. Remote didn't work on the TV. Had to keep the bathroom door shut when showering to stop the steam setting off the smoke alarms. Right in the centre of Woburn, with a very tight entrance to the car park, through an archway. Managed to get through it with my Transit Connect - anything bigger wouldn't.

It was lovely, pleasant room and clean, but there was a dirty cleaning sponge left on the flour in the room.

We stayed in the 3 bed apartment, sleeps 5. Lovely and spacious. Clean and modern. Beautiful area, we will be happy to go back for a weekend break.

No complaints. The management were professional and friendly.

Handy for my family visit. No tea bags, dirty mug and glass. Bits on carpet but bathroom clean

Nice location. Nice old building. No chef!

The room was nice and clean. Unfortunately the bed frame stuck out a bit between the bathroom and where the window was and tea and coffee making facilities were. I did manage to hit myself,off the end bed on a few occasions. Maybe a divan bed, might be better!!!!There was only one tea bag provided.

Poor for the Long Inns, staff did not know about the area, advert said breakfast and dinner available but pay for but no chef or kitchen staff, so had to find other eating places. The bar was only open one day out of two evenings when I stayed. When I lefted in the morning not one person was around the building, just lefted keys in a box. I was disgusted.

Very quiet when we stayed.
