Tum çalışanlar guler yüzlü ve inanılmaz misafirperverdi. Yemek çeşitliliği ve lezzeti harikaydı. Scuba dalış, çöl safari ve gece animasyonlar ile çok guzel bir hafta gecirdik. Iyiki girmişiz ilk firsatta tekrar gitmek isteriz.

Das Essen, der Service und das Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick waren hervorragend. Die Anlage ist schön und in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig. Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich, außer an der Rezeption, wo wir leider unfreundlich und abwehrend behandelt wurden. Bei der Ankunft war das gebuchte Zimmer mit Meerblick nur seitlich und zum Teil von Bäumen verdeckt. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, was wir verstanden, jedoch wurde auch unsere Anfrage nach einem Queen-Bett nicht erfüllt (bereits bei der Buchung abgegeben). Stattdessen wurde uns ein provisorisches Arrangement angeboten, das nie umgesetzt wurde. Bei der Abreise hatten wir etwas im Zimmer vergessen und mussten an der Rezeption unangemessen behandelt werden, als wir darum baten, erneut ins Zimmer zu gehen. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber der Umgang mit unseren Anliegen hätte besser sein können.

Das Hotel hat mir von der ersten Sekunde an gefallen. Der gebuchte Transfer vom und zum Flughafen, wie auch alles andere war perfekt. Das Zimmer war klasse. Zimmerservice jeden Tag, die Kellner waren super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Nice all inclusive hotel. Food was plentiful but unimaginative. Staff were very good but they do not explain the different levels of all inclusive covered depending on the colour of the wristband.

Decent 5* resort with good food and beautiful accommodation (beach, pool). The drinks however were awful (wines, cocktails, mixed soft drinks at the bar). Beer is ok ish. Personnel is somewhat chaotic but overall friendly and helpful. It was my first time in Egypt so I didn’t really have a benchmark but I think in general a 3 star rating is very fair.

The rooms are big, clean very morden docor, great food great staff, great swimming pool and beach. The best ive stayed in the area for my many visits a year in Hurghada. I have nothing to faulter for this hotel. BRILLIANT service all round.

Good and clean facility. Food is also good. Just the front desk kept telling us the price and kept asking if we pay etc for the services that we availed. It is annoying. Other than that it was a good stay.

Really nice "small" Hotel in hurghada. Really nice staff, the food is just amazing. Few negatives : room 1175 above the main restaurant, we could not open the window as the smoke of the BBQ was just below. Most of the staff speaks Russian but too few proper English speaker. If you want to dive there is not Reef in Front of the hotel, you will need to take a boat

Nice property with good pools and mostrly good quality food. It is badly let down by the poor quality of the drinks included in the package. And by running out of tonic!

We spent a week at this hotel and we are very satisfied with everything. The hotel offers a great range of services, 3 amazing pools, access to a very clean and relaxing beach area, amazing food during all the meals with big variety of choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always taking good care of you. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We can't wait to return next year.

Einfach nur perfekt, das Gesamtpaket stimmte. Vom Personal her, bis zum Essen. Alle sehr freundlich, saubere Anlage, immer wieder gerne.

This hotel is excellent! Very clean, nice facilities and friendly staff. The food options are very good and food is very flavorful. The beach is man made so it is very calm but it gets deep very soon. The sand is thick/rough, I don’t know if that’s the normal sand for the area or if it’s only the one they used for the beach. The pools are also very nice. This hotel is totally recommended!
