私たちは 翌早朝 アイラ島行きのフェリーに乗るために 前日こちらを利用しました。 道中 フェリー乗り場からの 道が　不安になる田舎道でしたが ホテルのある場所そのものは こじんまりとした 町で しずかな宿です。 なので 夕食はどこかに行くではなく ホテルで食べるのが懸命かと思います。 私たちは 特に夕食の予約はしていませんでしたがチェックインの際に レストランを利用できるか？ 確認したところ ＯＫでしたので 助かりました。 （小さな ホテルだと たまに夕食が予約のみだったりしますので注意が必要かも） 部屋数が少ないので ほぼすべての事を 女性スタッフ一人でこなしています。 とても重たいスーツケースを大丈夫よ!!必死で運んでくれて 素敵な女性でした。 ディナーも とても美味しかったです。（けど 時間的にゆっくり楽しむ気持ちで居てください、なんせ一人です。） お部屋は シャワーブースなので 狭く感じるかもしれませんし シャワーの加減がちょっと難しい？かも。 そういうことで ちょっと減点。 お部屋の雰囲気もとても 可愛らしく 古きよき スコットランドと言う感じでしょうか？ 一般的な 街のホテルとは違いますの(B・Bですね。） 夜は とても暖かく ぐっすり眠ることが出来ました。

Room clean and hot water a plenty for shower. Our twin room situated next to public toilet for use by non residents noisy. Quiet during the night nice view of golf course from widow. Tv didn’t work

The owners of this hotel are lovely people and I very much enjoyed my short stay. It was quiet, there was sheep outside which was fun to watch and the hotel offered hot food and drinks. I would love to stay here again!

Great wee place, rooms are small but dead cozy with a daft wee sink but great shower. No cooked breakfast despite online photos, maybe because off season, so ask ahead. No evening meal availability again maybe due to season,lovely 20 minute walk to Glen Hotel which is open all year round. Plenty off books,DVD'S and board games for staying inside in the bad weather. Staff are brilliant especially Lizzie and Skipper. Great location for harbour and forest walks. Had a great stay,would definitely go again.

We had such a brilliant stay here. A lovely family run place. Wonderful breakfast, access to bar where locals are regulars too so had a good night and got some tips for our trip. Lovely spot on the Kintyre peninsula. Would love to go back.

The hotel owners/hosts, Sharon and John were very welcoming and friendly including Sharon offering to drive me to a local restaurant and later coming back to collect me. The Continental breakfast was generous, varied and more than enough to satisfy and set you up for the day! When I am next in that area, I’ll certainly book to stay at the Ashbank and shall make the recommendation for others to do so too!

Geen echt hotel meer, nu een B&B, waar ze wel hun best doen, doch al een beetje gedateerd is. Zeer vriendelijke mensen, ontbijt lekker en voldoende ( continentaal ), wij hadden kamer 2, die wat klein is, zeker de badkamer

Absolutely lovely stay at this bed and breakfast. The owners are very gracious and accommodating. The room is very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Definitely recommend if in the area.
