Nhân viên rất nice, nhưng phòng không hợp với giá tiền, ghế đỏ, thảm đỏ, không hợp gu tí nào

Nhân viên recep làm hoá đơn sai. Sau đó lại có 1 nhân viên khác báo phải thanh toán lại từ đầu rồi sẽ hoàn tiền phần thanh toán sai hôm trước. Nhưng sau hơn 1 tuần vẫn không có bất kì dấu hiệu nào của hoàn tiền, cũng không hề có nhân viên nào từ khách sạn gọi đến thông báo

The next door was so noisy at night, loud singing and TV, but the hotel could not do anything until we hardly demanding to change our room. However, they moved us to a room which has just been painted, so smelly, we complained but they acting like they didn't smell anything, only until their assistant manager came and dare to say "yes, it is smelly" admitting that they have just been painted the room, that's why all the windows of the room was fully opened when we first enter. So we have to change room again. All at around 11PM. No compensation from them, just sorry.

Really 5 star hotel with the best quality

The location is very good, close to Hanoi Opera house and Sword Lake. There are a lot of super brand shops and hip cafes around the hotel. The hotel's design and facilities are very good (French contemporary style). Breakfast is good, with both international and Vietnam dishes. The bed are very comfortable.
