Impressed with the quality and decor in my room, plus besides being well positioned in the town, the food in the restaurant and at breakfast was superb. Lovely helpful staff too :D

Charmerende gammelt hotel

Was stuck in traffic and called reception to ask about check in-Sharon was an absolute delight, explained me alternative check in process and gave all info through the phone, honestly I could not thank her enough how helpful she was. Lovely girl in the reception the next day talked us through the breakfast and check out procedure. Room was very tidy, great size and extremely clean. There was tv for little entertainment that done the job for my little one. Dining/breakfast area was very modest, breakfast menu had a nice variety and we had some nice toast, coffee and juice whilst waiting. Everything was smooth - they have parking at the back but ai just parked in front as theres two spaces and I knew I will be out by the time restrictions apply (parking from 8 am for one hour without return only). Would definitely come back again!

Was just there for one night in one of the smaller rooms, everything was fine, in particular the staff were very frendly and helpful.

Single bedroom, comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and efficient. Hotel well located for trips to see Portmeirion and the coastal castles of Harlech and Criccieth

Room was clean although a little dated, bed was very comfortable had a good sleep. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh, all staff were very friendly

All facilities good and were clean and tidy. Decor appears a bit traditional and looses some attractiveness, This would not stop me from visiting again

Great stay

Room was clean, bed was really comfortable, slept really well,a little warm as radiators were on but a fan is provided, staff were really friendly, breakfast is excellent but the time slot of 07:30-09:30 is a little early, parking is really good with a roof above which stops any seagull mess👍…. Overall an excellent place to stay

Bar, breakfast, restaurant are lovely. Staff are friendly. Room was very clean. Location was great. Free parking on site. We were staying in the patio rooms which had one window looking into an indoor patio area. For me felt a bit claustrophobic as no window on the outside. Pipes are loud. Was fine for one night but wouldn't want to have stayed longer.
