サグラダファミリア、サンパウ病院まで歩いて行ける距離です。 フロントの対応も大変よく、部屋も清潔でした。2家族6人で宿泊しましたが、食器類も揃っており狭さも感じませんでした。 ただ、部屋に入った時に掃除をした時に使った漂白剤でしょうか、塩素の匂いが強かったですが、それはきれいに掃除してあることと思えば気になりませんでした。バルセロナに訪れた際にはまた宿泊したいと思います。

サグラダファミリアから徒歩8分程、聖パウ病院からは約2分、地下鉄の駅1分と大変便利な立地の良い場所です。スタッフの対応もさわやかで心が込められていて気持ちが良いです。 5日間の滞在でしたが、部屋にはラウンドリーもディッシュウォッシャーもあり、洗剤は使いたい分だけもらえるので荷物は少なめで旅が出来ます。 ただ、宿泊したのは下層階のためか地下鉄の音が結構気になりました。それ以外をのぞけば最高のアパートメントですよ。

サグラダファミリアから徒歩１０分以内です。 近くにはガウディの建築物がたくさんあります。 バスルームも２つあって、大人５人でも余裕でした。

地下鉄の最寄駅から徒歩3分。 サグラダファミリアも徒歩10分以内です。 キッチンと調理器具が備え付けられているので朝食等をとることができ、部屋でゆっくりとくつろぐことができました。 ｐｍ6時を過ぎるとチェックインカウンターが閉まるので、機械でのチェックインになります。

サグラダ・ファミリアが見える場所＆アパートメントスタイルで現地居住感を味わえること、以上2点が決め手となって当ホテルを選択。 実際、部屋は綺麗でリラックスして過ごしやすく、広さの割にリーズナブルかなと思います。広いバルコニーもあったりして、外に出れば住宅街の一画にいることが実感でき、生活感を味わえます。 ただ、残念なのがホテルと違い、①毎日のタオルの交換やクリーニングは無いこと、②フロントが日中のみだということです。 ①については、予め了承済みだったので問題ありませんでした。 ②については、2日目の夜にシャワーの温水が出なくなった時、スタッフ不在で翌日まで対応してもらえませんでした。 また、私たちは夜到着してすぐに荷物をホテルに置き、カンプ・ノウでのサッカー観戦に行く予定だったのですが、当ホテルに到着すると「水漏れにつき近くの系列ホテルに移動してください」との書置きがあり、結局戸惑ったり道に迷ったりで試合開始時刻間に合わなかったです。フロントスタッフがいてくれれば、もう少しなんとかなったのかなと思います。 ちなみにそこからサグラダファミリアは見れなかったのも残念です。 スタッフの対応自体はとても快いものですし、最初からホテルとの違いや多少のトラブル発生も織り込んでおけば良いのでは？と思いますが、そこそこのホテル並みの快適性を求めるならばおすすめできません。

The sweetest staff, very kind and made us stay quite enjoyable. The only thing I wish to let you know is that if you're staying for six days getting towels for €30 is expensive and I wish they would let you know that. Otherwise though everything was absolutely wonderful no complaints and I would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location perfect to walk to Sagrada but also great for bus transportation The only thing didn’t like it the apartment walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors and they only left us with one paper roll for each bathroom with six people for three nights that is not enough And if you don’t stay 7 days there you don’t get refresh towels if you want fresh clean towels you have to pay this is forts for me traveling from USA Would I stay there again. Not sure

There was plenty of room for our family and a lot of amenities. The only downside was that our apartment faced the back of a neighborhood, and the view was less than desirable, as the building faced people’s balconies. We saw laundry hanging from balconies, and the view was not appealing at all. I felt like I was in a fish bowl.

Rooms look small, but very practical. We liked the set up. Pretty well located and with a very friendly staff. Subway is just across the street, so you can move around quite easily and safely. Very good option, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of options for dinner and well located to enjoy the city.

Great location easy check-in

The apartment was very clean. We got help with our luggages, they kept them safe while we were visiting places after check-out. Great location

A clean, spacious apartment with a pretty terrace. Easy check-in and concierge was very helpful. Great location with everything within walking distance.

Excellent place to stay in Barcelona. Walking distance to the basilica de Sagrada Família. Very easy to get taxi. The best part was there is a supermarket across the street that is open from 7:00am till 11:00pm. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The concierge was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

This hotel was great accommodations for our family of 4 given 2 bedrooms. The bathroom was a bit small- but worked for our 2 night stay. The area around the hotel was ok, but we wished we would have stayed closer to Ciutat Vella. That area had the best restaurants and vibe.

El sitio es muy limpio, moderno y amplio . Espacio muy bien utilizado y nuestra familia lo pasó muy bien . Muchas gracias a Adal , quien estaba muy atento a todo y sus buenas atenciones . Altamente recomendado !!! Hugo
