Tutto molto confortevole e professionale

One night stay on a motorcycle trip. The bed was huge and so comfortable after a like ride. The food was delicious and the wine list extensive. It was great to chill in the lounge with a drink after a tiring day and the staff were very attentive. Looking to stay here in the Winter for a ski trip now.

Hätte mir mehr vom Service und der Freundlichkeit des Personals erwartet. Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Spa kostet vor Ort mehr als auf Expedia Homepage angegeben. Toller Fahrradkeller!

Mysigt hotell m mycket hemkänsla och väldigt trevlig personal. Bra frukost och restaurang. Plus för bastun.

Una bellissima struttura vicinissima al centro di Livigno, camere ampie e pulite, colazione abbondante e varia con anche servizio pasti caldi serviti al tavolo. Personale molto cortese. Tornerò per usufruire degli altri servizi della struttura.

Alles bestens, nur finde ich Schade dass ich 10 Euro pro Tag für Sauna bezahlen muss da ich über Hitel.com gebucht habe. Dies sollte explizit so aufgeführt werden, habe Hitel wegen Sauna gewählt.

Imødekommende personale, som viste os helt op på værelset ved ankomst. Der var mulighed for at spise aftensmad på hotellet, selvom vi kun havde booket med morgenmad. Flotte rumlige værelser i charmerende italiensk stil. Lækre seng med godt kraftigt sengetøj og lagner. Maden til både morgen og aften var fortrinlig - stort udvalg i høj kvalitet. Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage - både sommer og vinter!

Flot og rent samt rigtig god service. Fin morgenmad.

Camera molto pulita, forse il bagno da rimodernare ma comunque va bene anche così come è. l’hotel ha una bella hall e un ristorante molto bello in cui si mangia bene, forse un po’ distante dal centro ma ci si arriva con una piacevole passeggiata, a pochi metri c è L impianto di risalita carosello 3000

Good hotel with great facilities. The owners appear to phenomenally miserable however.
