建物は少し古さを感じカビ臭い時がありましたが、スタッフは優しくフレンドリーでした。 プールは雰囲気が良くてチェアーも充分な数があり、とても寛げました。

たくさんの緑に囲まれたホテルでエントランスからとても雰囲気が良かったです。 旅の途中に泊まることだけを目的として予約し一泊しましたが部屋も素敵で朝食も大変美味しかったので、次回はホテルでのんびり過ごすことを目的としプールや食事、キャンディの街探索を楽しみたいと思いました。

部屋は清潔に保たれていて快適でした。ただ、ベランダに出る扉の建付けがイマイチでした。 ホテルの施設はコロナの影響か、ショッピングモールが閉まっていて、また、プールサイドのカフェも閉じていて残念でした。 朝食のビュッフェは品数がちょっと少ないかなとも思いますが、美味しかった。 宿泊した日はちょうどキャンディのペラヘラ祭りでしたが、今年はコロナの影響で見学できなかったみたいです。太鼓の音だけが聞こえていました。

正直期待していたものより良かったです！ ホテルはとても快適で、プールサイドでゆっくりするだけでとてもリラックスできました。

地元で高級と評されている老舗ホテル。ロビーから遠い部屋になりましたがバリアフリーになっていないので、移動が面倒でした。客室の電源プラグがマルチタイプではないので、アダプターの持参が必要(私はフロントで借りました) 。朝食は開放感あって好感持てます。1ドルでマサラティーが試せますので是非！

川沿いの、芝生エリアに直接出られるツインルームに1泊しました。シナモン系列のホテルは2泊目でしたが、古都キャンディだからなのか、前日に泊まったシナモンロッジハバラナよりもホテルスタッフが優しく、温かい感じがしました。朝食は生野菜もあり、申し分ない品揃えです。私たちはチャーター車での移動だったので特に気になりませんでしたが、若干郊外に建っているようなので、気軽にキャンディ湖付近をぶらぶら歩いてみたい人にはちょっと不便かも。

15 minites from the center of Kandy by TukTuku. Hotel staffs were polite and their services were good. However, a room I stayed at was frowsty and it smelled bad. Not so bad, but I don't recommend this hotel strongly.

森と川辺にあり、市内にあるような最高の設備が整っており、プールサイドバーでは生演奏がされている。 スタッフの対応もフレンドリーでホスピタリティーがあふれている。また、朝食もとてもおいしかった。

It is a lovely property ans breakfaat spread is quite large. Staff are friendly byt could be better trained on small nuances. The last who checked us in vaguely indicated the direction of the room and we spent 10 minuted walki g up and down searching for it. When we asked for a la carte food options other than the I.suan restaurant they have, ot took me 20 minutes to get the front desk to admit that a la carte foid could be ordered at tje lounge bar as well. When i we t to the lounge bar it took another 15.minutrs if argument for them to agree that yes they would accept the irdr even when the food menu was clearly lying inthe counter top! With a bit of better training this place would be great

Fantastic location, beautiful swimming pool & gardens overlooking the river. Staff very helpful & friendly.

Only for a night - a great hotel. Lovely setting and great pool. The buffet in the evening was wide ranging and flavoursome!

The room

Lovely hotel, shame we were only there for a 1 night stop over.. Food was delicious in Cinnamon and of a good quality and lots of options in the buffet. Staff were outstanding, very friendly and extremely helpful. They couldn't do enough for you.

liked the atmosphere here, felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything. Boutique hotel. Pros - Stayed in Rm 279 &280 - spacious, clean, beds comfortable. Staff welcoming and very helpful, would like to recognize Roshan, Cristine, Srimali (invited for independenc day celebration), Ramki, Aman, Pubudu, among the group that helped us. There were many great staff, names not known. Cons- Location of hotel is great, but the driving is not so friendly,sharp corners, narrow bumpy street. Can cause somewhat dizzy. Lastly No Spa - Say what - Yes no spa. Hopefully in the future. Thank You for a great stay. During our trip stayed in Cinnamon Life Colombo, Cinnamon Bentota and Cinnamon Citadel. All wete great, great staff and great locations. Will be back.
