Room was broad and clean. Especially,bath room and washing closet were separated,very useful. Staffs are verkindy and friendly, we're supported very well. Only negative is, 1 bus stop/line is avaiable witin 1min. Within 5min, there are more bus oryrum available, not so critical.

部屋は清潔でお風呂も快適に利用出来た。水とコーヒーの補充が無かったのが残念。 朝食は含まないプランを申し込みしたのだがチェックアウトの時に金額に含まれていた。チェックインの時に含まれていない事を確認したと伝えたら差し引いて精算してくれた。

市の中心部からやや外れているので、交通の便はあまりよくありません。そのかわり、窓からはグランマードレの丘の斜面が見え、今回の訪問時期（10月）は紅葉がことのほか美しかったです。お部屋は天井も高く、清潔で、シンプルモダーンなインテリアも心地良いです。アメニティが滞在期間中に一度も補充されませんでしたので、5日目ぐらいにはボディシャンプーや石鹸がきれてしまいました。朝食も野菜好きの日本人には物足りませんが、イタリアでの朝食はこんなもの、と思えば我慢できます。次回トリノを訪ねる際にも、また利用したいと思います。

Todos os funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. O quarto enorme com uma sala espaçosa, cozinha, 1 lavabo, 1 banheiro espaçoso e limpíssimo, cama deliciosa. Academia boa, é necessário marcar horário. Café da manhã com muitas variedades e com qualidade. Localização boa. Super indico, volto facilmente

Séjour parfait ! L’hôtel est d’une propreté exemplaire et les chambres sont non seulement belles, mais aussi très confortables. Le personnel est absolument adorable : professionnel, attentionné et toujours disponible pour rendre le séjour agréable. Une adresse que je recommande chaudement et où je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Very clean, spotless hotel, fabulous service, extremely kind and helpful staff, fantastic location. My wife and I regularly go to this hotel when we are in Turin (Torino).

Incredible

Rimligt, fräscht och rent rum. Frukost var väldigt bra. Hotellet ligger utanför centrum så det är tyst. Hållplatser till bussar och spårvagn ligger i närheten. Skippade Spa pga förkylning men kanske nästa gång. Fick lämna bagage på hotellet innan check-in samt efter check-out.

Mi hotel preferido cuando viajo a Turin, las suites de lux son enormes, me siento como en casa, las vistas hermosas, altamente recomendado.

The suite is sweet. The room was very large and comfortable. The bed was nice and on the hard side which I like. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. The only downside is that the location is a bit of walk (45mins) from busy area.

Struttura buona pulizia adeguata comunicazione del personale non all'altezza. Prenotato per due persone con un bambino e mi è stato detto che ho inserito l'età di 0 anni e che avrei dovuto pagare €30 per un letto aggiuntivo, ho detto che ne facevo a meno avremmo dormito in tre sul King size e al momento del check-out mi volevano far pagare comunque i €30. per fortuna Il ragazzo alla reception è stato comprensivo su questo.

Einzig die Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück unterdimensioniert, das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal war dauernd mit Wasser, Milch nachfüllen und Trester leeren beschäftigt …dadurch Wartezeit, ansonsten alles perfekt! Danke

The air conditioner was a little tricky to figure out, but other than that we genuinely had no issues. We felt very safe in our hotel and it was very clean! We especially enjoyed the water pressure and the comfortability of the bed! I really wish that I would have been able to try the spa, but due to construction and us having to leave Turin early, we weren’t able to. I also appreciated that the front desk helped us book a ride to the train station for when we were heading back to Rome.
