I found some ants inside the room. Except for this the hotel would be satisfying for my stay

パリの中心街からは外れますが、T3トラムの最寄り駅から徒歩1分、アクセスは悪くないです。スーパーのカルフールとアクションが両隣りにあり自炊も便利。1週間程度の短期でパリの生活を楽しむには良いと思います。

シャワーの設備がよくない。 カーテンだけではトイレのとこまで水浸しになってしまいます。

パリ、イルドフランス観光のため同ホテルを拠点に5泊しました。渡航前からわかっていたことですが市内へのアクセスに多少時間がかかることを除き、宿泊料、食料品の調達、同地域の治安等おおむね満足のいくものでした。アクセスも183番のバスを利用すればトラム、メトロステーションとつながりますので思ったより便利でした。初めてコンドミニアムホテルを使いましたが、小生の旅行スタイルにフィットしました。ホテルの隣にカルフールがあリパリ市民の胃袋を直接体験できた思いがします。次回のパリでもこの手法を利用したいと思っています。セ・マニュフィック　イン　パリ　

最寄りの駅まで20分近く歩かなければ行けない以外は快適でした。一階にカルフールもあり、非常に便利です。オーブンレンジのオーブンは出力が弱く、ピザを焼くのは諦めましょう。

６泊、滞在しました。 Villejulf-Paul Vaillant-Couturierが最寄り駅でRue des Malassis通りを１km強でホテルの前の大通りまで歩きます。Malassis通りは駅から緩やかな下りで、当然、ホテルからは登りで気温が高いとダレました。通りは住宅街で治安はホテル周辺も含めて良さそうです。 受付は大通りに面した（日本でいう）１階で建物にも看板がありすぐ分かります。 部屋は清潔。ベッドは折りたたみ式の物でマットは柔らかめ。私は腰部のヘルニアですが、大丈夫でした。 ベッドが広いので、そのため部屋がやや狭く感じます。 キッチンは食器、鍋、包丁、スプーンにフォークにナイフと全てが揃っていました。洗剤とスポンジはありません。 流しが小さく鍋は大きいので洗いにくいです。 浴槽はなくシャワーのみ。お湯は熱く微調整ができます。ビニールのカーテンの裾が短く、毎回、周囲はビチャビチャになります。 スーパーは大型店が同じ建物の１階にあり、とても便利です。 コインランドリーは地下にあります。 洗濯は１回５€、乾燥機は無料、確か洗剤は１€、コインのみです。 部屋の掃除は７日間に１回らしく、それ以外は有料。Don't disturbを掛けて残飯の入ったゴミ箱を廊下に出しておきましたが、回収れませんでした。よってシャワー用の石鹸なども初回分のみで補充されません。 駅からは２０分位歩きますが、中心地の古いホテルに比べればとても清潔で おすすめします。

唯一の欠点はパリ中心部まで30〜40分かかること。他はすべてよいです。綺麗で広い部屋でした。 tidy room, nice people, amenity were enough, only you should take your slippers. a little bit far from the center of Paris.30〜40mins.

部屋は広くて清潔。電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、食器等が揃っており、なおかつスーパーマーケットが徒歩１分のところにあるので、近くにレストランはあまりありませんが素泊まりでも十分に快適に過ごせます。料金を考えると割安だと思います。もちろんフロントは英語対応可で問題ありません。最寄りの地下鉄の駅から結構歩く（徒歩１５分程度）のが多少難ありです。

車がないとバス利用になるけど、バスは頻繁に走っているし、所要１０分程度でメトロの駅に着くので大きな問題はない。バスも１路線しか無いので迷わない。ただし、バスはいつも混んでいるので大きなスーツケースなどと共に移動する場合はタクシー利用が無難。同じ建屋続きでスーパーがあるし、洗濯機も地下に１台だけ（５ユーロ、乾燥機は無料）だが利用できる。休日など部屋でゆっくり仕事するには快適な環境。ネットの接続速度は、不自由という程でもないが、昼間は少しじれったいと思うことが多々あった。

The Room was dirth and had to change rooms because of the curtains and soiled bed sheets. In the second room we had to clean everything by ourselves when you ask a second key for the room it is like asking a favor . Additionally they woke us up in the morning to tell us that a cockroach technichian wanted to access the room , when we mentioned we needed 30 minutes the receptionist started insisting mentioning he came specifically for this . If informed prior we could have made the effort , but this shows no respect . Elevators we not working during two days , no excuse or empathy . Very poorly managed establishment.

The hotel was nice and the staff were cautious. I liked the breakfast perk too. I spent 2 nights. The problems I had were: 1. The room was extremely cold. At some point the heater was on but not heating up the room and after a while it went cold. Since the phone to call reception wasn't working, I waited till the next morning to complain and was promised it would be fixed. I went out and when I returned, it worked for some minutes and died again. I spent the 2 nights there in my winter jacket. 2. The room was not cleaned on the second day. Other than that, everything was good.

Chambre propre, personnel compétent et environnement agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Des incompétent et aucune professionnalisme. Le receptionist nous a prélevé 2 fois l'acompte pour la garantie, jusqu'à aujourd'hui ca fait une semaine nou ne sommes pas remboursé. Il nous a proposer un parking sous terrain protégé , et nous l'avons accepté et payé. La nuit en arrivant devant le parking la télécommande ne marche pas, la porte de garage ne s'ouvre pas, nous avons déplacer la voiture. Le matin le responsable nous a confirmé que il y a une panne et nous n'avons même pas été rembourser pour le parking. C'est du vol.

My daughter and I were in Paris for a short weekend getaway. The hotel was easy to find. We were grateful to be able to park right at the premises for a reasonable fee. It is very conveniently located as described in the listing. Our room was cozy and clean. The room included Wifi, kitchenette, and complimentary beverages and snacks. No air conditioner, but we opened the windows and used the fan. This would not be our choice during the hotter summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a very comfortable and safe night's sleep. We didn't eat breakfast during our stay. Would definitely recommend.
