ヨーロッパ特有のエレベーター無い建物なと思いきや、荷物用リフトがあって助かりました。部屋は綺麗ですが、風呂場に換気扇がなく、換気に時間がかかりました。

カテドラルの裏手にあるので観光に便利。 ホテルの従業員の方はとても親切で快適に過ごせる。 チェックアウトの日は早朝だったのでレストランオープン前でしたが朝食を提供してもらえて助かりました。 バスルームや部屋の設備は問題なし。 ホテルの場所は旧市街にあるので、空港からバスで到着したときは道に迷うかもしれないので注意が必要。慣れれば問題なし。 個人旅行にはお勧めできるホテル。

こじんまりしたホテルですが、サービスの質は高いと思います。また、大聖堂まで1分の所にあり、立地は最高です。朝食をサーブしてくれる女性がきびきびとしていて、とても感じが良かったです。ただ、車でのアクセスはちょっと不便です。車で入って行っていいのかなというような道路を通らなくてはならないのと、ホテル専用の駐車場がないため、かなり離れた所にある公共の駐車場に駐車しなくてはなりません。

旧市街の中心にあり雰囲気最高。空港ホテル間はタクシー一律料金21ユーロ。他のホテルと異なり、バルの建ち並ぶ通りからは少し離れているので夜は静か。スタッフ親切。部屋は広く、おしゃれで、清潔。難は、シャワーの水よけカーテンがなく、50cmほどのガラス板のみ。バスタブから水が跳ね出ないように気を使わされる。それ以外に非無し。

Hotel Carris Casa De La Troya was fantastic. Extremely well located. We had a wonderful time being able to walk to see all the sights.

A superb location, knowledgable and friendly staff, and an amazing room. It was really refreshing to be in a hotel with staff who are attentive, kind, and down-to-earth. I would completely recommend staying here and I would very happily book this hotel again in the future!

El hotel es muy cómodo con muy buenas instalaciones y su situación es inmejorable,en pleno centro histórico de Santiago. Personal amable y eficiente. Desayuno no recomendable,escaso y sin cafetera..,hay que esperar a que te traigan el café.

Hotel bem próximo aos pontos turísticos. Não tem como chegar com carro ao hotel. Procurar estacionamentos para deixar o carro.

Me encantó el hotel. Está súper céntrico, las instalaciones están bien cuidadas, las habitaciones limpias y acogedoras, y sobre todo, un 10 al personal por su amabilidad, disposición y simpatía. Fue una experiencia formidable.
