ヨーロッパ特有のエレベーター無い建物なと思いきや、荷物用リフトがあって助かりました。部屋は綺麗ですが、風呂場に換気扇がなく、換気に時間がかかりました。

カテドラルの裏手にあるので観光に便利。 ホテルの従業員の方はとても親切で快適に過ごせる。 チェックアウトの日は早朝だったのでレストランオープン前でしたが朝食を提供してもらえて助かりました。 バスルームや部屋の設備は問題なし。 ホテルの場所は旧市街にあるので、空港からバスで到着したときは道に迷うかもしれないので注意が必要。慣れれば問題なし。 個人旅行にはお勧めできるホテル。

こじんまりしたホテルですが、サービスの質は高いと思います。また、大聖堂まで1分の所にあり、立地は最高です。朝食をサーブしてくれる女性がきびきびとしていて、とても感じが良かったです。ただ、車でのアクセスはちょっと不便です。車で入って行っていいのかなというような道路を通らなくてはならないのと、ホテル専用の駐車場がないため、かなり離れた所にある公共の駐車場に駐車しなくてはなりません。

旧市街の中心にあり雰囲気最高。空港ホテル間はタクシー一律料金21ユーロ。他のホテルと異なり、バルの建ち並ぶ通りからは少し離れているので夜は静か。スタッフ親切。部屋は広く、おしゃれで、清潔。難は、シャワーの水よけカーテンがなく、50cmほどのガラス板のみ。バスタブから水が跳ね出ないように気を使わされる。それ以外に非無し。

Hotel muito perto da Catedral. Muito bem localizado. Novinho. Quartos limpos. Café da manhã por 14 euros, que deve ser reservado previamente na recepção por ser servido em um local pequeno. Recomendo !

Great location close to the cathedral. Comfy beds and a little coffee room downstairs. Lovely spot!

Extremely overpriced! The beds were hard as a rock. Staff was attentive and the room clean. The location was very good for our purposes.

No tea/coffee facility in room - the one in the sitting area was broken for more than 1 day.

Great location- very close to Cathederal. Lovely restaurant across the street a few steps away and another next door for breakfast- also two bars beside the hotel. Everything you need on the doorstep. Staff were very very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel

Hotel in very good location and was pretty comfortable. However we were a little disappointed with some aspects of our stay. Breakfast was not good for the price. Not a great selection, no freshly squeezed orange juice, which we had everywhere else in Spain. Hot food not good. No decaf coffee apart from instant. Shower tray felt flexible when you stood on it. Pillows not very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel Carris Casa De La Troya was fantastic. Extremely well located. We had a wonderful time being able to walk to see all the sights.

Excelente localização. Atendimento ótimo. Como pontos de melhoria apenas os quartos poderiam ser um pouco maiores assim como a area para o café da manhã.

A superb location, knowledgable and friendly staff, and an amazing room. It was really refreshing to be in a hotel with staff who are attentive, kind, and down-to-earth. I would completely recommend staying here and I would very happily book this hotel again in the future!
