事前にわかりやすい案内のメールがあり、宿の場所もすぐわかりました。快適でした。駅からは徒歩15分。バス停がすぐそばにあり、ライに行くにも便利でした。

ビーチと観光名所に近い。朝食が美味しい。くつろげるお部屋。 親切なスタッフ。とても素敵なB&Bです。

Would highly recommend a stay here. Tracey is so friendly and welcoming and cooked an amazing breakfast! Nothing was too much trouble for her. Our room was perfect, great location just steps away from the seafront and the centre of The Old Town. Rock-a-nore was a few minutes walk. The only negative is there are steep stairs so if you’re not able to manage this you will miss out on the best B&B in Hastings. Room 4 is the best if you have some mobility issues as you only encounter one set of steep stairs (there are stairs leading up to these but they are not steep and very manageable) even with my dodgy knee and hip. Thank you Tracey for a wonderful stay - we will be back!

The old Town guest house is convenient to old town pubs, fish huts, a funicular & shops. The owners are very friendly and serve to order fresh breakfast from a list of options. Enjoyed my stay!

The stay at Tracey’s guesthouse was absolutely phenomenal. So welcoming and lovely. All started with a very detailed communication beforehand, wanting to make sure I had everything I needed for arrival and access to the place. Very thoughtful. The experience continued with the fresh smell at the entrance and in my room. The room was charming, cozy and had everything it needed: hairdryer, fluffy blankets and soft robe and pillows. I especially loved the view of the beach and funicular. The mattress is sagging a little bit, that would be my only criticism. But highlight was definitely breakfast: you get to choose from a menu of 7 or 8 options and it is all prepared freshly for you. And I really annoyed the lovely little chats at breakfast with Tracey and the other guests. She made us all feel very at home. I would highly recommend staying here! Thanks again for the hospitality!

The location couldn't be better.

AHastings in Feb is anything but glamorous, but...the B&B was warm, welcoming and gloriously friendly. The best was big and comfy and twh breakfast was ample, well cooked and hearty.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 days and have zero faults! The entire place was incredibly clean and the beds were SO comfortable. On top of that, Tracey was lovely! The breakfasts were all expertly made (I made my way through a couple of them) and the entire stay had a homely feel that didn’t feel overpowering. The room had amenities most hotels don’t provide, including Prime, Disney, Netflix and NowTV logged in on the tv. The venue is bang in the middle of old town and literally a stones throw from the beach. We’re already planning another trip and cannot thank Tracey enough for being such a wonderful host.

Cosy, clean, friendly and very welcoming!

Tracey was a brilliant hostess: friendly, helpful and always cheery. The breakfasts were excellent and while the room was somewhat compact, it had everything you need, including a very comfy bed! Stairs were a challenge, especially to one who has dodgy knees! Also, parking is an issue, although there is a dropping off zone. In all, a lovely stay and would return when next in Hastings.

No free parking or parking allowed anywhere in old town, had to use pay parking a 10 min walk away, which we were not aware of when booking. Bedroom was small, ensuite decent. The included breakfast was excellent. Host was very good.

Another wonderful stay with Tracy. Tracy is a fantastic host, breakfast is delicious and the guest house is very welcoming. Plus it’s in a superb location.

The owner was friendly and very helpful. The home cookef breakfast was lovely.

Exceptional value for price, amazing choice for breakfast & everything very clean. Lots of eating places close by. I was aware when booking that there were stairs & although I coped ok, I would advise that for anyone disabled, even with a walking stick, that the staircase would be impossible. Otherwise a lovely stay & lovely manager.

Room was small (shared bath) but had everything including a view. Breakfasts excellent, landlady very friendly & helpful. Right on the Front, lots of restaurants & cafes nearby.

Our stay at the Old town guest house was just lovely, comfortable room in a perfect location. Great breakfast and friendly service. We will certainly return.
