２泊以上の宿泊客は、ロープウェー、リフトなどの乗り放題パスがもらえるし、近くの温泉プール・サウナも無料で入れる。 朝食も宿泊料金込みで、しっかりした朝食が食べられる。 それなりの値段だが、いろいろ考えるとホテルのサービスは充実して満足感は高い。

次の日の朝早くの出発に急なお願いだったにも関わらずお弁当と飲み物、おやつまで用意していただけました。 レセプションの対応といい、お部屋の雰囲気といいとても気に入りました。

日本で言うと河口湖湖畔のおしゃれホテルです。サンモリッツ駅からはとても歩いていけませんが駅で電話すれば送迎の車が来てくれます！(帰りのホテルから駅までもあります)。お部屋は広方綺麗！ヨーロッパ感を味わえます。夕飯はホテルから歩いて3分くらいのレストランでチーズフォンデュを食べました。夜はお店が閉まるのが早いみたいでkioskはやってませんでした。朝食はこの旅で一番豪華でした！チーズにハムにソーセージにスクランブルエッグに温かいおかずに。これでもかと食べました。

古い建物ではあるがしっかりと管理されていて快適でしたし、スタッフの対応も良く気持ち良く快適に過ごすことが出来ました。サンモリッツ駅への送迎もありますし、バス停がホテルの近くにあり滞在中の移動にも便利な場所です。

バルコニー付きでたいへん眺めの良いお部屋に通して頂けました。山々と湖を見晴らすことのできる最高の位置です。フロントの方々、レストランのスタッフは皆さん親切で気持ちのいい滞在でした。歴史を感じる建物ですが特段の不便はなく快適です。大きめの冷蔵庫があって便利でした。クーラーはありませんが窓を開ければ７月初旬の滞在には必要ありませんでした。歩ける距離に大きなcoopがあって便利です。駅との間は少し距離がありますが送り迎えのサービスはスムーズでした。到着時は駅のインフォの方がホテルに電話して呼んでくださいました。

ヨーロッパのホテルには部屋のアメニティとしてコーヒーが置いてあるものだと思っていたら、ありませんでした。 隣に新しい素敵なspa 屋内プールがありますが、一旦外に出ないといけなくて寒い。シャワーブースにシャンプーなどがない。ホテルプールならば ガウンのまま部屋に戻ればいいが、ここは着替えてホテルへ戻らないといけないため中途半端な使い勝手。(日本に入って化粧水なども置いてあるが、ここは当然ない) スタッフはフレンドリー、朝食も美味しい。

Unser Deluxe Zimmer auf der Bel Etage (1. Etage) war etwas klein, aber schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Das Personal ohne Ausnahme sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Allgemein ist das Hotel halt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat seine Patina. In Anbetracht der Situation, dass es erst seit 2 Jahren im Eigentum des neuen Besitzers ist, nehme ich an, dass nach und nach renoviert wird. Insgesamt war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Auch toll, dass man den Fitnessbereich des Hotels Laudinella sowie das neue Hallenbad/SPA gleich gegenüber unentgeltlich nutzen darf.

Too far from the train station and you can smell smoke at the restroom during night time. The hotel looks different to the photo - it's an old hotel.

Older property, well maintained! Staff was helpful and friendly.

The main part of the hotel was beautiful. The rooms with the wood floors in the pictures appear to be the ones that are in the main hotel. The less expensive one I stayed in had carpet and was in an annexed addition to the building that was not very nice looking. The only towel hook in the bathroom was directly over the bidet, good thing it didn't fall. My window was directly above the recycling dumpster where they toss glass bottles for what seemed like an hour. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Housekeeping comes very early in the morning and gives you very little time between knocking and walking in the room so make sure and put the Do Not Disturb on your door the night before. Doing it over again I would have stayed in the main building in the much more charming rooms.

Good location, close to train station, very quiet, friendly staff, breakfast has lots of options.

Such a beautiful hotel! It feels like sleeping in a castle, which was fun. I don’t think they are promoting just how much things they offer and include for free, so we were definitely surprised. We got: - free rides to and from the trainstation - free bathrobes - free luxury breakfast - free pool area (4 pools, 3 waterslides and a crazy outdoor pool with jacuzzis everywhere). You had Mountain views from every angle. We cannot recommend it enough and are definitely coming back.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Would highly recommend Carusos. I would NOT recommend the half board for $100US. What they do is gouge you for drinks since they are not included. Simple carafe of water was $12US. In the land of plentiful fresh water that’s unrcontionable! It’s telling how this hotel will gouge you at every corner and mislead you with their pricing. Shame on you!

Was perfect the service , clean

The room was clean, the breakfast was outstanding but the tub shower combo was not great. There was very little hot water in the shower. For the price the room should have a smart tv.
