次の日の朝早くの出発に急なお願いだったにも関わらずお弁当と飲み物、おやつまで用意していただけました。 レセプションの対応といい、お部屋の雰囲気といいとても気に入りました。

日本で言うと河口湖湖畔のおしゃれホテルです。サンモリッツ駅からはとても歩いていけませんが駅で電話すれば送迎の車が来てくれます！(帰りのホテルから駅までもあります)。お部屋は広方綺麗！ヨーロッパ感を味わえます。夕飯はホテルから歩いて3分くらいのレストランでチーズフォンデュを食べました。夜はお店が閉まるのが早いみたいでkioskはやってませんでした。朝食はこの旅で一番豪華でした！チーズにハムにソーセージにスクランブルエッグに温かいおかずに。これでもかと食べました。

古い建物ではあるがしっかりと管理されていて快適でしたし、スタッフの対応も良く気持ち良く快適に過ごすことが出来ました。サンモリッツ駅への送迎もありますし、バス停がホテルの近くにあり滞在中の移動にも便利な場所です。

バルコニー付きでたいへん眺めの良いお部屋に通して頂けました。山々と湖を見晴らすことのできる最高の位置です。フロントの方々、レストランのスタッフは皆さん親切で気持ちのいい滞在でした。歴史を感じる建物ですが特段の不便はなく快適です。大きめの冷蔵庫があって便利でした。クーラーはありませんが窓を開ければ７月初旬の滞在には必要ありませんでした。歩ける距離に大きなcoopがあって便利です。駅との間は少し距離がありますが送り迎えのサービスはスムーズでした。到着時は駅のインフォの方がホテルに電話して呼んでくださいました。

ヨーロッパのホテルには部屋のアメニティとしてコーヒーが置いてあるものだと思っていたら、ありませんでした。 隣に新しい素敵なspa 屋内プールがありますが、一旦外に出ないといけなくて寒い。シャワーブースにシャンプーなどがない。ホテルプールならば ガウンのまま部屋に戻ればいいが、ここは着替えてホテルへ戻らないといけないため中途半端な使い勝手。(日本に入って化粧水なども置いてあるが、ここは当然ない) スタッフはフレンドリー、朝食も美味しい。

Good value for money. Warm wellcome. Clean room. Good quality bed covers. Perfect breakfast.

What do I say about this hotel Shuttle pick up 5/5 Hotel lobby 5/5 Breakfast 2/5 - not much fresh stuff but rather stuff bought from the grocery store Room 0/5 Room has no shower cap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no amenity, no bathroom slippers 0/5 My room was very old and dirty 0/5 Steam and Sauna 0/5 No jacuzzi however if you want to use one you have to walk across the street into their sister property and pay 30 chf They do not bring luggage to your room

Hotel full of character. Only fault was the noise from a DJ in the bar who wanted the bedrooms to enjoy his musical tastes. A hotel bar needs a DJ like Switzerland needs a fleet of submarines.

Excelente atendimento

Definitely would stay again. Beautiful and historic hotel, nice spa, wonderful breakfast and breakfast area. Only complaint is that there were no robes or slippers in the room to put on from room to spa.

The hotel was lovely and very helpful in booking dinners, rentals and lift tickets.
