3回目の滞在で利用させて頂きました。 とにかくアクセス、ロケーション、設備、スタッフの対応、清潔感、全てが最高です！

とにかく眺めは最高です。 日当たりも良い！ 設備もとても充実してるし、スタッフの対応もよし！ 海へのアクセスも便利で、下にお店があるのでテイクアウトですぐ食べれたりする。

こちらの希望（ハイフロア、アーリーチェックイン）を全て満たしていただけました。レンタカーも駐車可能、キッチンのゴミもスムーズに処分可能。水量も十分、エアコンも快適。電子ロックも防犯上安心。

ウオーターフロントで、ホテルの前に建物が無く、部屋からの景色は抜群。建物も新しい方で、必要な設備は揃っている。 パッケージツアーに入っている高層コンドミニアムとの決定的な違いは「デイリーサービス（日用品の補充、タオル・シーツ交換、ベットメイキング、ゴミの回収等）が無い」こと。 詳細としては、①ホテルサイズで備付られているが補充のないもの⇒シャンプー＆コンディショナー、食器用洗剤＆スポンジ、コーヒー＆紅茶＆砂糖、トイレットペーパー、洗濯用洗剤②毎日の交換がないもの⇒バス＆フェイス＆ハンドタオル、バスマット、ベットシーツ（※１週間に１回の交換はあり）③備付自体ないもの⇒ティッシュペーパー、ボディーソープ。 部屋の主な設備としては、【フルキッチン、冷蔵庫、食洗機、ディスポーザー、食器一式、調理用器具一式、電子レンジ、オーブン、トースター、電気式湯沸かしポット、コーヒーメーカー（エスプレッソ用）、エアコン、液晶テレビ、DVDプレイヤー、インターネット回線、アラーム付時計＆ラジオ、洗濯機、乾燥機、洗濯物カゴ＆洗濯物干し、アイロン＆アイロン台、バスタブ（※泊まった部屋にはジェットバスは無し）、ドライヤー、食卓テーブルセット（室内＆バルコニーに各１セット）、ソファーセット、ローテーブル、カウンターチェア、ウォークインクローゼット、ハンガー、収納棚、バルコニー】（※無かった設備は、【セイフティーボックス】）〔※部屋によって、設備が異なる可能性あり〕。 フロントは、人がいる時間が限られており、時間外の用件は別な場所にある事務所に直接TELする（カウンター＆ホテル入口の横にTEL番号あり）システム（※人がいれば対応してくれる）。特に、日曜日にチェックインする場合は、TELが必要となる。 滞在中に、バスルームの照明の一つが切れ、フロントに言ったら、すぐに交換に来てくれた。 ゴミは、リサイクル分とそれ以外に処理方法が異なり、リサイクル分はB１Fの専用箱まで持って行き、それ以外の物は、各階に備付のダストシューターに入れる。 徒歩5～6分圏内にスーパー（コールス、ウールワース）・コンビニ（セブンイレブン等）あり。 バス（サーフサイド）停も近くにあり、飲食店も多く、利便性は良好。 夜は、遅くまで騒がしいバー等無く、基本的に非常に静か（ただし、週末は一部騒がしいケースあり）。 日本人観光客はほとんどいないため、「日本人に会わず、静かに過ごしたいが、利便性も求めたい」人には最適。

Amazing views of the coast and hinterland.

Amazing! The apartment was clean, spacious and the view was incredible!

The view from these apartments are always great - nothing better than looking out over the ocean. Note: the property and the decor is quite aged, especially the carpet. Also, the windows are not soundproof, meaning that weekends you can get allot of noise from happy revellers and car hoons that cruise the esplanade at night.

Great location for beach, walking and dining options. Nice large 3 bedroom unit with great Ocean views. Generally clean, however could be better. A little upkeep is required. Good weekend overall.

Fairly clean but dated and well used. Wotif says check in starts at 2pm when in actual fact check in closes at 2pm on a Sunday, not off to a great start there. The view and location is the best part, hard to beat. Whale watching 24/7 from our balcony in September, that was pretty epic.

Beautiful location, close to all shops, cafes and beach

The property was very dated with stained carpet and grounds in poor condition. The Housekeeper entered my room without knocking at 8:00am. Never go to this property!

We had a wonderful weekend. The accomodation was fantastic- perfect location. We enjoyed having a beautiful lunch on the patio and watching the sunsets. The apartment had a great kitchen and was very well fitted out. The bed was super comfortable and having the bath tub was nice. I definitely recommend!!

A truly remarkable place to stay. Ticked all the boxes. The beach/ocean view from a 16F room balcony is simply stunning. Would love to come again.

Great location, didn't need the car for entire stay. Great view, but windows were not clean. Decor in much need or upgrading, very dated. A few of the curtains needing new hooks so not hanging down. The pool was only open in the afternoon after 3.30pm, but fine as the weather was good and we went to beach each day, but if weather was not great it would of been very disappointing for the kids to not be able to use the spa.

Property is really clean and tidy. Pool was right temperature even though it’s in a bit of a wind tunnel. Close to everything and great walking opportunities

Had a great time at R2 perfect location walking distance to all local amenities. Will definitely stay again.
