3回目の滞在で利用させて頂きました。 とにかくアクセス、ロケーション、設備、スタッフの対応、清潔感、全てが最高です！

とにかく眺めは最高です。 日当たりも良い！ 設備もとても充実してるし、スタッフの対応もよし！ 海へのアクセスも便利で、下にお店があるのでテイクアウトですぐ食べれたりする。

こちらの希望（ハイフロア、アーリーチェックイン）を全て満たしていただけました。レンタカーも駐車可能、キッチンのゴミもスムーズに処分可能。水量も十分、エアコンも快適。電子ロックも防犯上安心。

ウオーターフロントで、ホテルの前に建物が無く、部屋からの景色は抜群。建物も新しい方で、必要な設備は揃っている。 パッケージツアーに入っている高層コンドミニアムとの決定的な違いは「デイリーサービス（日用品の補充、タオル・シーツ交換、ベットメイキング、ゴミの回収等）が無い」こと。 詳細としては、①ホテルサイズで備付られているが補充のないもの⇒シャンプー＆コンディショナー、食器用洗剤＆スポンジ、コーヒー＆紅茶＆砂糖、トイレットペーパー、洗濯用洗剤②毎日の交換がないもの⇒バス＆フェイス＆ハンドタオル、バスマット、ベットシーツ（※１週間に１回の交換はあり）③備付自体ないもの⇒ティッシュペーパー、ボディーソープ。 部屋の主な設備としては、【フルキッチン、冷蔵庫、食洗機、ディスポーザー、食器一式、調理用器具一式、電子レンジ、オーブン、トースター、電気式湯沸かしポット、コーヒーメーカー（エスプレッソ用）、エアコン、液晶テレビ、DVDプレイヤー、インターネット回線、アラーム付時計＆ラジオ、洗濯機、乾燥機、洗濯物カゴ＆洗濯物干し、アイロン＆アイロン台、バスタブ（※泊まった部屋にはジェットバスは無し）、ドライヤー、食卓テーブルセット（室内＆バルコニーに各１セット）、ソファーセット、ローテーブル、カウンターチェア、ウォークインクローゼット、ハンガー、収納棚、バルコニー】（※無かった設備は、【セイフティーボックス】）〔※部屋によって、設備が異なる可能性あり〕。 フロントは、人がいる時間が限られており、時間外の用件は別な場所にある事務所に直接TELする（カウンター＆ホテル入口の横にTEL番号あり）システム（※人がいれば対応してくれる）。特に、日曜日にチェックインする場合は、TELが必要となる。 滞在中に、バスルームの照明の一つが切れ、フロントに言ったら、すぐに交換に来てくれた。 ゴミは、リサイクル分とそれ以外に処理方法が異なり、リサイクル分はB１Fの専用箱まで持って行き、それ以外の物は、各階に備付のダストシューターに入れる。 徒歩5～6分圏内にスーパー（コールス、ウールワース）・コンビニ（セブンイレブン等）あり。 バス（サーフサイド）停も近くにあり、飲食店も多く、利便性は良好。 夜は、遅くまで騒がしいバー等無く、基本的に非常に静か（ただし、週末は一部騒がしいケースあり）。 日本人観光客はほとんどいないため、「日本人に会わず、静かに過ごしたいが、利便性も求めたい」人には最適。

Staff was great. View totally awesome. Transportation with Taxi and Uber poor.

Great location and views

IT IS EXPENSIVE & WE HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE HAPPILY. THE CARPET WAS RIPPLED. THE BALCONY DOOR WAS HARD TO CLOSE. THE CARPET NEAR THE LIFTS WAS HELD TOGETHER BY STICKY TAPE. THE APARTMENT SEEMED TIRED.

Needs a face lift apartment tired with run down or broken appliances.

The furniture needs updating, kitchen chairs are all scuffed

The staff are very friendly, pool and spa great, room is spacious and lots of Restaurants, cafes close bye with our balcony overlooking the beech

We love the beach views, close location to the beach, great surf spot for swimming, walking areas including to terrific dining options, room layout that’s well equipped too. Suggestions for the unit we stayed in - swap out convention type desk with curtain (so odd) for a more suitable desk; exchange the bulky tallboy in the bedroom for a couple of portable suitcase rack stands; consider swapping the queen size bed for a quality king size bed. Also, if all of the units are furnished and decorated at the owner’s discretion, a more unified, designer approach across them all including the lobby would be hugely beneficial, I believe. In any case, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

The shower has no pressure, the toilet buttons stick, the spa bath doesnt work , the bed is hard as a rock and you can feel what seems to be a wooden pallet in the mattress.....very disappointing

Amazing views of the coast and hinterland.

Amazing! The apartment was clean, spacious and the view was incredible!

The view from these apartments are always great - nothing better than looking out over the ocean. Note: the property and the decor is quite aged, especially the carpet. Also, the windows are not soundproof, meaning that weekends you can get allot of noise from happy revellers and car hoons that cruise the esplanade at night.

Great location for beach, walking and dining options. Nice large 3 bedroom unit with great Ocean views. Generally clean, however could be better. A little upkeep is required. Good weekend overall.

Fantastic location and views overlooking the water. Huge apartment and comfortable furniture. Great cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. We loved it and will definitely be back
